Fabulous place to purchase your next car from. They don't pounce on you as soon as you walk in (which is the main reason we wanted to buy from them) They made everything really easy and were really nice people to deal with. Shellie was amazing she explained everything clearly and tailored the finance to fit with our budget.

Absolutely awesome service! Walked in and didn't get pestered like some car dealers, we were told if we need help etc to come find someone and that's great 👍 I found a car I liked and took for a test drive and fell in love.customer service was great any questions I had were answered and I feel like they took the time to make sure we were happy with everything. Buying the car through these guys was super easy and I'd happily recommend Dave allen motors to anyone. Top notch service

Wow what a dealership this is. They take care of you, make you feel like part of the family. I brought a car 4 years ago and I thought that was pretty good service. But Dave Allen Motors really takes it to a new level.
So happy with my purchase.
Will definitely be going back when I need or want a new car.
In my opinion this is the best dealership in Hamilton.

I have had my car for almost a week now and I am absolutely thrilled with it.
Chris was so helpful in getting everything organised, even met me at the airport with my future car. As I didn't know my way around Hamilton Chris also took my for a drive showing how to get out of town the easy way and on to the Expressway so I could make my way home.

Shelly was so helpful with all the paperwork and reminding me to get my insurance sorted before I drove away and explaining the Autosure Insurance warranty on the car.
I cant rate them high enough for the service, friendliness and overall support.
I would like to wish all of Dave Allen Motors staff a very merry Christmas.

Dave Allen Motors were the best - haven't dealt with many car dealers as I had my last car for 13years, however I saw the car, hopped in the car and drove it, felt great. Chris gave excellent customer service and I knew that he went that extra mile with this car and getting things done as quickly as he could so I could pick it up asap. Great car, excellent service and a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend them.

We were on our way to Auckland to buy our daughter a car. We let our fingers do the walking and came across Dave Allen Motors in Hamilton. We were more than spoilt for choice - great selection, excellent standard of vehicle and Chris S was awesome to work with. He never crowded us nor "over-sold" the sales pitch. He listened to our needs and gave us options - but was never pushy at any stage. We are very happy with our purchase and so is our daughter. Thanks again Chris!

First rate from initial website shopping to the key exchange. Vehicle exactly as described. Test drive/sale completed in 1 hour. Loaner provided until ready for pick up the next day. All staff encountered (including after sale) very friendly and knowledgeable. Usually stressful situation made effortless. Highly recommended.

Started off well and had a good experience. Got a good trade in for my old car and setting up to buy the new one was great. Picked up the car the next day and after stating they would replace the old battery with a new one it turns out they hadn't. Went back after battery died and got the new one but the attitude was dismissive and avoidant. Disappointing as the rest of the experience was really good.
