  I love countdown. They are a bit more expensive than New World and co. . But this is the supermarket which offers the Most. A huge variety of things you can buy.

  Once I went to this supermarket I did not like as much the customer service there. Since I am a student, I carry my backpack, which has laptop, books, etc. I was told to unpack everything to check the contents after pay my shopping. They should check this by the camera and not treat badly customers like this way. I understand that shoplifters have to be caugh but it is not my case. It is a bit embarassing when somebody asks to do this procedure in front of other customers. I think their staff have to be trained better to achieve excellence in customer service because they are following orders from somebody with higher position.

  Staff always have helped when looking for a produce. They are friendly and gracious in the store and out in the community.

  Great experience so far, only found out today that some special prices may not be registered. They were helpful when I noticed it and was the first time I saw it, but maybe an good focus point.

  Spacious and pretty easy to find what you are looking for... I found the prices to be a bit more expensive than other supermarkets though!... Good parking and easy access.

  There is another countdown just across in bush inn. Usual range of goods expected in a supermarket. Nothing great. The store has a cheap nasty sort of atmosphere
