today at approx. 10.30 / 10.35 am 25/2/2015, I GOES INTO HARVEY WORLD TRAVEL WILLIAM STREET KAIAPOI ,.
I ask tha lady if she does accommodation ONLY ,. she did not invite me to sit down ., I sat down on my own,.we started off with shuttel bus from L.A too Anaheim,. SHE ask if I need airline tickets I said no,. I just said my other half is sorting that out ,.she TOLD ME SHE WORKED FOR AIR NEW ZEALAND FOR 27 YEARS,. you should try ,. air new Zealand travel agent EAZYWAY,.;'
but I came to you for my accomodtion I ask ? this woman would not allow me to speak,. so I had to Y.E.L.L. my lungs off to get my point across,.if your company wants my money you will embrace me ,.
I don't know tha womans name she did not introduce herself.,;'
