I was looking for fuel filter to an uncommon car (NZ new anyway) than after they asked for registration number, identified the part and supplied. The wrong one of course, but I just realized when I wanted to install it at the evening. I took it back next day, they confirmed this is the only one what they can supply. If I want something else I have to go to the dealership, but they don't take it back anyway because the stain on the box. Seriously? Is this for the great customer experience. Do I need this??

Do not fit bulbs for/with you, so I had to go back 3 times as the bulb they gave was wrong each time. I gave up with them and went to Toyota direct.

Good selection for a quick visit. Setout of the shop is a bit odd and there is never anyone manning the checkout so waiting times can be longer than necessary.
