  Friendly staff, nice enough camp ground however the kids park was very run down and the pool was a bit cold for swimming due to awaiting a part. They were doing a lot of up grading of buildings so it was very noising and a bit of bad timing on our part. We left a day earlier and were happily given a refund.

  We enjoyed our stay. Managers Tracie and Kevin indeed went the extra mile for us. We unfortunately had a car accident on our way to Rotorua and could not get a rental car or a bus back to Thames. Kevin was extremely supportive and in fact he drove us all the way back home. Now that certainly is what I call helping the customer. This holiday park is delightful for families and the accommodation is excellent. We will back if needing accommodation in Rotorua.

  A beautifully set out holiday park. My family & I enjoyed our brief overnight stay. Great amenities, large clean kitchen & dinning TV area. Shared toilets & showers are clean & modern. Great comfortable cabins & fully contained studios available. Looks like great RV & tent site options. The pool is big with a Spa. The pool heated in cooler months (but owners waiting for a new heating unit to arrive, due in August). Though still warm enough for my daughter to enjoy it. The Large playground & colourful dinosaurs decorate the whole site. Neat fun! Kids will love this place anytime of year. I can imagine it being popular in warmer months. Efficient air conditioning/heat pump unit in cabin to keep us cosy warm. Highly recommended.

  it's a walking distance to the lake,
  quite place so could take full rest,
  have a warm pool also.

  Brilliant experience, great atmosphere. The rooms are in great condition. Great value for money and the staff are very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. It's also just outside of town which makes it nice and quiet. Recommend to everyone.

  Only stayed here for one night in the caravan but that was long enough to leave me impressed. There are plenty of facilities and they very well maintained and the staff are very friendly the only downside for me was it was a tad expensive.

  we randomly just went on a weekend getaway and this place was FANTASTIC my kids enjoyed themselves. And the staff were even better Thank you 4 seasons.

  We've been coming here for our summer holidays for the last three years. The owners are super friendly and helpful. The facilities are plenty full and clean. It has Family units, cabins, tent and caravan sites. There's a large covered pool and spa.
