My family enjoyed our stay here, we didnt want to leave. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean , such a relaxing place to be. I would totally recommend to others. Thank you for having us.

The best thing going for this motel was the quietness. Our room number 11 was smelly, mildew.
The double bed must of been 40 years old with no support at all, hence no sleep.
The shower was either running very hot or very cold could not get it to run warm, so we went without a shower.
And the last thing was no wardrobe to hang our clothes.

Very Good hotel, specially for the friendly owner & their staffs, who are always helpful & kind.The rooms, toilets and kitchen very clean the outside area also clean very nice review beautiful garden. & it's in a great location. Staying there for 5 night with my family everything was perfect. The swimming pool always clean my kids & us love it. Would def stay there again. Thank you again the owner of colonial court motel & your staffs for a good hospitality. see yous again this year.

We stayed at this motel over the weekend and loved it! The rooms are clean, cosy and homely, with all the necessities you could need. I would most definitely stay here next time I am in Tauranga. I loved the service and the owner was so lovely, helpful and friendly. 5/5 stars!

A clean and friendly, family run Motel. We were given an early check in and when my eftpos card gave me challenges, I was told not to worry and to sort it out later! (I ended up paying cash) My family rested here with the flu for two days and were afforded a quiet room without interruption. I would stay here again anytime. The rooms are equipped with clean working basics and are warm in winter!

Booked into this Motel and while the accommodation is adequate, the place needs upgrading. The Internet works spasmodically, as does a Vodafone Mobile which if I was lucky would work for a about one to two minutes at a time after spending 5-10 minutes trying to access each time.
The managers are pleasant enough and explained that due to the concrete wall there are difficulties with reception in the area. The shower had a plastic curtain and the general fitting out of the unit looks cheap. I personally would pay more for better services and more modern facilities, (especially usable telephone and internet). Having stayed in many Motels in NZ this one is down the bottom of my list.
