Athough this Motel is an older one it has everything that anyone would need. We personally felt very much at home. An added plus was the shelf in the bathroom (somewhere to put your personal items on), also in the kitchen a shelf to put things on. Nice warm motel, very handy to Hospital and such a bonus to have a shuttle service running from Motel to Hospital and return several times a day. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Also highly recommend the home cooked meals - very reasonably priced and very tasty!

This place is crap!!!
Poor hygiene bed sheets had stains, towels had snot on it, bathroom covered in mold, dodgy drip marks on wall in bedroom, WiFi doesn't even go and make up bullshit there gonna fix it been over nearly week and still no WiFi, cockroaches and bugs everywhere and on top of that they don't change bedding everyday. It is not place to be if you are post surgery and have baby in nicu new born unit at waikato hospital

Couldn't wait to get out of this place.
Sorry to say.
Food under bed, bathroom covered in mold , couch smelt suspiciously of urine. And kitchen virtually a couple of metres from where we crap without a proper door in between,dodgy drip marks on walls and beside bed, not where you want to be post surgery and a baby in nicu.
Hope this sparks some kind of improvement for the next person put up in one of these rooms.
