Hilarious decor. Loved that 80s motel feel. There were enough V8s around to make it an authentic Hamilton experience

I booked as a corporate customer who required internet access, however, WiFi wasn't available in my room and they failed to tell me this until after I had paid & in my room attempting to connect. In addition to this, entering my room I find rubbish left from previous occupant in the bin, next day finding my rubbish bag tied up and left on the kitchen floor. The bed is badly in need of replacement. They also advertise being a "Host" accommodation but in fact had left months ago. I was offered $5 per night cash back by way of compensation for wrongful advertising feel free to use this to get a discount if you have a Host card.

Good place to stay & quite strategically located. Rooms are clean & large (I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit). But interior & furnishings are a bit old & not really matching. Wifi is free & fast. Parking is right in front of each unit.

I used their meeting room to host 10 to 12 people about whole day in June for a workshop and found it well resourced - tea & coffee, juices and refreshment, onsite parking, free wifi, TV as screen projector, warm, well ventilated and whiteboard and very affordable. The staff are very welcoming and health and safety conscious. Highly recommended. Will use again.

Ok. Good price but bathroom not clean. There were long hairs around sink (only a couple). Heating good in room though.

Stayed at the Aspen with our badminton team - enjoyed the clean comfy spacious rooms but was extremely pleased the way Simon was accommodating even outside of the check-out time. Highly recommended.
