This is a motel that looks exactly like it photos it's pristine clean and pool is wonderful ,staff are very friendly and helpful highly recommend

Great service and overall experience.
Had a room with a spa bath - definitely worth the extra cost.
Breakfast to the room was well priced, on time and incredibly tasty.

It looked like the place was recently renovated. Couple if issues here and there but no major, like the ironing board that was broken and the unopened milk in the fridge that was past due date which I presume was left from the previous tenant. The staff were great and very friendly

This motel if I could give it 1000 stars I would we had unit 10 and it's a home away from home. Everything we need is here great set up . We will stay here again next time we stay in hamilton

Amazing value when you consider how modern the rooms are and how professional the staff were. Neat and tidy, very well organised reception - which sets the tone very well upon arrival. Plenty of carparks, we had 2 for our room.

My husband and I stayed for two nights here over Christmas holidays on our way to Rotorua. Upon arrival I was concerned as the sliding glass entry to our unit faced the parking lot, but surprisingly, it was very quiet though the hotel was full. The unit was very tidy and spacious and to our liking with a kitchen bonus. The best part of our stay was how gracious the owners were with their time. We had a problem with our navigator so needed very good and precise directions to everywhere as we were still going through the shock of driving under very opposite conditions on the roads and in the car. The owner had an amazing computer system and even helped us map out the route for our next travel leg. In the States we are used to having ice machines at the hotels for our ice chests and she also provided us with some when we left. The internet in the room was the best of all our hotel stays. I wished the pool was heated as I am an avid exerciser, but guess you cannot have it all. I would recommend the place for a reasonably priced, clean environment with a helpful and friendly atmosphere.

I've been here three or four times now and I am never disappointed. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is handy and easy to navigate around. Spa baths are delicious. Previously had rated 5 stars, however the man behind the counter during our last visit was less than friendly.
