We hate to give bad reviews, but in this case this is very necessary so that the motel would not do the same mistake to other future guests. We arrived at the motel at 9pm (and have called the motel earlier in the morning to touch base). We were turned away because the lady said that their Internet was down all day and as a result the motel was overbooked. We asked why didn't she call us earlier during the day to inform us, and she mentioned that she was busy sorting things out all afternoon. We couldn't accept that explanation. The lady, to her credit, remained polite and apologetic though during the conversation (hence the 2-star review), but yeah this is still a horrendous oversight. Would not be booking here again, definitely not.

Th only + was bed was comfy and shower was OK
however ants in bathhrom, in kitchen : fridge did not work properly was of a waste of space, using stove top dodgey AS ! dirty ..dark gloomy kitchen lighting bad..hot points loose very dated
wifi did not work, computer system down and could not pay the bill

The only positive was that the bed was comfortable.
The unit was circa 1970s and didn’t look as though anything had been done since then, the Lino tiles in the bathroom had shrunk leaving gaps, there was no shower curtain and water flowed onto the floor as well as the back of the door that was rotting. The kitchen tap knob fell off when the cold tap was turned and there was insufficient dish washing liquid. In the lounge/dining both chairs wobbled as the screws holding the legs to the bases were loose, the wardrobe door in the separate bedroom did not close properly and the cord for the TV in this room didn’t reach the power-plug, the sand buckets outside the unit were filled with cigarette butts and the so-called heated swimming pool was cold.
Would we stop here again? NO!!response / report this review -

The receptionist AMI helped alot in many ways
especially she arranged to work wifi in room properly but any how when we came back in room in night, the wifi signals were too weak they comes and goes often

Absolutely terrible!
Wifi hardly worked, only a few tv channels, 'heated' pool was stone cold, very old, worn and dirty feeling. Very loud residents throughout the night and our room stunk of smoke from all the residents smoking outside our door! Not good for kids! Then they charged us $720 on our credit card after we checked out (we had to leave the key in the room as reception was closed during open hours) and we now can't get them on the phone to get the money back and have no idea why we have been charged that much money as we stayed 1 night!! Do not stay here! I only gave them one star because I couldn't post with no stars.response / report this review -

When we arrived the lady was saying how rude the previous guests were.
Stains on bed sheets, Broken lights, toilet blocked room not serviced daily as requested very noisy and dirty would not recommend.response / report this review -

Man was very aggressive when we approached him about the broken phone plug hanging off wall, the broken hairdryer, light bulbs not going and tap falling off into our hands. Window broken no apologies or offer of discount just very defensive and aggressive. Rooms not as advertised. Would NOT recommend

Would defiantly not book here again . Man was very angry when we were telling him about all that was rong with the room eg had broken front door (glass), tap came undone, sockets off the wall, broken hair dryer ,lights not working! We didn't get a proper apology just excuses! Wouldn't recommend to anyone

No light bulbs in room very dark. Queen bed two singles pushed together and the look on the guys face when I asked to use the pool at 830 not 9am priceless
