View from the room is amazing. Modern room large bed and good bathroom facilities. Walking distance to main tourist spots in Tromso.

Great location (along with most other hotels in Tromsø) down by the harbor. My room was large but fairly spartan, with a nice bathroom. No obvious way to control the temperature in the room, but the windows can be opened. I think some rooms have a nice view toward the sea. Mine had a bit of nighttime noise. The restaurant is excellent, and so is the breakfast and lunch. Service generally speaks English better than Norwegian. Above average in all respects.

Pros- Hotel is nice and great view of the mountains and harbour. Front desk were nice, and tried to speak English, but struggled giving enough information about the hotel.

Cons- room service is horrible and laugh at you if you ask questionsI don't know if its because they don't like English speaking people, but it's unprofessional. Next to no accommodations. Most likely won't be coming back :(

Fantastic views of the bay, mountains, and city of you splurge for the superior room. Seems like a nice place 🤷‍♂️ downstairs restaurant was good too (also a little spendy but I think it's probably a US vs Norway restaurants difference.) Bed is comfortable. Clean as far as I can tell. Has a nice desk facing the window to plan your day from. Only real downside is the bathroom floor is about 2 inches above the room floor so 1) you'll stub your toes until you learn better, and 2) not wheelchair friendly if you need it

Beautiful hotel with a nice view, splendid breakfast. Be sure to ask for a room on the water side because the streetside has some latenight noise from the bar across the street. Therefore 4 stars

Great hotel in amazing location. The breakfast buffet is amazing and has something for everyone, including the best cheese in the world in 2016, the Norwegian Kraftkar. The hotel is close to Tromsø city and most of the attractions around here including the cable car and the Polar Museum. The room is fairly spaceous and very clean. We had view of the bridge and Tromsø cathedral from our room. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tromsø.

Accommodation booked by the tour. Good location in town centre. Easy to access by airport express shuttle . Basic facilities available. Not luxury stay but satisfactory as stopover.

Nice harbour view facing the Arctic Cathedral. The location is very convenient to everywhere in the town. The bus to airport is just out of the hotel. In addition, it serves the best breakfast, the best fries and the best catfish I've ever had.
