  What a great place to be during the winter or summer. Snowhotel offers a lot of fun expeditions and for nature lovers its the perfect spot.

  Omg, If you ever have the chance to make it to Kirkenes this is a must.
  Memories and pictures you will share till the end of your days!
  MAKE SURE you book all your activities in advance.
  Yes they are all a tad bit expensive but when will you be walking in a huge igloo with different ice sculptures, snow crab fishing, husky sled ride and the snowmobiling are a must.
  I really don't dig staying inside the actual igloo, it felt very uncomfy.
  The expensive separate rooms looked cozy though but $$$$
  Do it do it do it.

  Absolutely stunning place to stay. All the staff were helpful and most welcoming! Would highly recommend the husky sledging as well if your staying!!

  The entire snow hotel experience was amazing - start to finish! From the welcome at the Gabba house, to the dinner before sleeping and the snow hotel room itself. Staff are all very friendly and helpful and the entire area is beautiful. You won't regret trying this out - whether you stay in the snow hotel as we did (the sleeping bags are indeed very warm!) Or the cabins they have it's an experience you won't forget!

  We didn't stop for the night at the hotel, just had a look around. It was very impressive with beautiful ice carvings on the walls. Each bedroom was personalised and while we only saw a couple this was clearly done to the highest level. Would definitely look to stay there in the future.

  As long as you know what you're in for, this is an amazing experience. The temperature is a constant -4°C and the entire room is made of snow, but the artist carvings in the rooms and the ice bar are unbelievable.

  All the staff can't do enough for you and although it is expensive your breakfast and dinner are included and the prices in the Gabba café are reasonable for lunch (by Norway standard). There is plenty of stuff to do that doesn't cost anything extra like see the huskies, feed the reindeer and there are sledges and snow shoes about to take and use. Spent last night in the snow hotel, surprisingly comfortable and not as cold as I thought I might be, the light bothered me as they can't be turned off so bring an eye mask if you're sensitive to that. We travelled as a large group 7 adults and 3 children (14, 7 and 4) and we were so well looked after.

  It was definitely an experience, sleeping in sleeping bag in a place made entirely of ice kept at -4°!! Be prepared for the cold outside though
