It is okay. Nothing special about the hotel. The rooms are in ok condition but nothing extraordinary. Good value for the money if you just require a bed. Friendly staff!

Housekeeping needs to improve and pay attention to detail both within the toilet / bathroom area as well as with the beds, pillows and sheets!!!

Strategically located in the city with access to shopping malls, restaurants, bars, gyms, banks within a 2 minute walk. Close to bus stops and the river.

Competitively priced within the mid to high range for what the hotel offers it is value for money compared to similar hotels in the area.

Staff are friendly, helpful and professional always with a smile. Breakfast is great with a wide boufe option for both healthy conscious people and vegetarians through to more carnivore hungry predators!

Rooms are quite spacious and have an armchair, chair, desk, closet, iron and ironing board, t.v, shower, toilet and sink. Various bed options are available such as single beds to queen beds, etc.

The hotel also hosts conference facilities, collaborates with a gym (free access) 2 minutes down the road and also has a mini bar at reception.

A pleasant stay both for business and pleasure. Highly recommended.

Located in a quiet spot near to trendy cafes, bars and restaurants, this is well located for someone new to Trondheim. Friendly and helpful staff are great, and the breakfast is superb. Rooms lack the polish you might expect, including no kettle and the odd old chair, but are clean and comfortable.

My room didn't have an "outdoor - window", The air conditioning couldn't be switched off. The check out process was simply ridiculously long because of the queue. The elevator could be improved, it behaved strange sometimes. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The location is really good.

Location is a great! But the staff isn't that friendly and the rooms, lobby and breakfast buffet is a bit boring, the atmosphere is not good. We had a room with some little differed maintenance, and got another room with a better view.

The room: found the lack of a minibar and waterboiler disappointing, and the beds kept sliding apart and away from the wall. Otherwise the standard was up to par.

The service: Excellent. The staff was helpful and quick about it.

The restaurant: Very good. Both food and atmosphere was surprisingly good.
