Great hotel with excellent service! Breakfast, afternoon waffles and dinner included! Stayed two nights at the junior suite with my fiancé, and the room was top notch considering the price!

This was a fabous gem of a hotel in Tromsø for a reasonable price. Beautiful, comfortable, robes, great spa overlooking the harbor. Restaurant has a grwat dinner buffet and complete breakfast buffet. Ive never seem a complimentary nafternoon snack buffet before with make your own waffles! They had several gluten free dinner and breakfast optins, but limited gf smack options. I would stay there for sure next time in Tromsø.

Very very pricey. Bad sausages for breakfast but otherwise a good selection. A lovely bedroom and nice paintings. The lift and some of the rooms are styled like Northern Lights

Rooms are small with limited facilitiesbut d food quality and service is simply superbthey do provide u with evening snacks and light dinner complementary which is really really really nice of themAll the items taste very good which I feel is the first priority for any guest at a hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay. Our twin room was nice and spacious. The restaurant offered breakfast, afternoon waffles and a buffet dinner all as part of the room cost. Despite the small selection at the buffet, the food was good and a welcome respite from the high cost of food outside. The hotel is situated nicely on the waterfront and a stones throw from most Tromso attractions.

Heated bathroom floors, free food almost all day, rooms are decent. No toiletries except a dispenser of "all over shampoo". Small refrigerator in room. Shower is a bit strange with a clear plastic wall that swings a little. There's no curtain and it doesn't close so part of the bathroom floor gets wet. We had the lowest class of rooms.

Fantastic views from the roof top hot tub overlooking the fjord and city bridge. Rooms a little small, but bed very comfortable. The pancakes that you can make yourself with afternoon tea were really nice.

Well located hotel on the waterfront. Staff very friendly and helpful and decent food too. Great price all round. My only complaint was our tiny room - my family got a much bigger room for the same price.
