Warm rooms, underfloor heating the bathroom! Excellent breakfast. Downside is that does not have own car park.

The airport bus stops right in front of here. Rooms are clean, spacious and affordable. Breakfast buffet options are rather good and tasty. 24 hr we that is nice and polite.

Very disappointing visit, especially after having recommended the hotel company to my girlfriend after having had a wonderful stay at their Berlin hotel. Hotel could not find confirmation of our payment and wanted to charge us twice. Despite having confirmation of payment from our credit card we had to contact the company we booked with who sorted it out with a simple call - something the hotel could easily have offered to do. Room was very drab, cheaply renovated with wobbly floor but thankfully clean, bathroom lights didn't work. We were advised on checking in that hot water would be turned off at 10 am, no big deal - easy enough to shower before then. But they didn't tell us that breakfast was also stopping early so when we arrived we were rudely told to leave as breakfast had closed! No compensation offered, not even an apology! Went to a nearby Cafe (Risø) for an excellent coffee. Before booking had considered joining their frequent traveler scheme, now rethinking.

Very spacious rooms. Good value for money (for Norwegian standards). Their breakfast is the best part of the stary. Very good selection with very tasty bread varieties

Great hotel place in the centre of tromso and also the airport bus drops and picks up passengers just outside good size rooms and a really good selection for breakfast I would stay here again

Friendly welcome to this hotel. Good location in the central part of Tromso. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. A touch noisy on Friday night into Saturday morning but that's to be expected in this location. Rooms are nice and warm though and cleanliness is good. I would recommend.

Hotel with acceptable standard. Large rooms, with somewhat weird layout. Not luxurious but nice. Breakfast was excellent.
