Great service at once I entered the hotel. Professional information about the hotel facility and emergency routines. The lunch was great quality but a little few choices. The dessert table was absolutely superb.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely rooms with beautiful views of the water and city.
Breakfast was brilliant with a huge choice.
Restaurant in the evening was very nice as well as the bar on the ground floor.
Would recommend to stay.

Great stay. Very nice interior. Rooms are spacious and well designed. The breakfast buffet was incredibly good with a lot of different options. The location is good as well - there are nice restaurants and a little mall in walking distance.
The reception staff was very nice and helpful. I liked the fact that the staff was speaking nicely to each other and everybody seemed to get along well.

Fast chech-in. Good location by the water, great breakfast with a nice selection of hot and cold foods, rooms are well equipped with toiletries, making coffee and ironing clothes. The sky bar on top makes good cocktails!

Lovely view of the Tromsø mainland side. Great service from the staff. The location is perfekt, just by the seaside.

While the hotel itself is better than average, it is definitely not the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. The staff however are second to none; knowledgeable, courteous, and very accommodating. While in dire need of additional help, each interaction makes you feel as though you are their personal guest; their focus is entirely on you. The entirety of the staff is like this.
My overall complaint is the crammed front desk. There are normally two, occasionally three vendors with banners and tables set up; selling trips, excursions, and whatnot. It makes the whole experience of passing through the lobby feel cheap somehow. I would have given 3 stars, but my wife insisted I give them five because of the quality of the people.

Location and views are fantastic. I stayed in the king bed suite and it was very spacious! The breakfast buffet was also delicious and the staff here are ever so friendly!
