  During my three week journey traveling Scandinavia this was the worst hotel I booked. Excessive walk from the pier to hotel. 9 flights of steps to lobby with a fairly large suitcase and secondary bag only to find no elevator to second floor. Room was dirty with large spiders in both corners of room WINDOW. No television and bathroom was small and a total disgrace. Shower rod broken, shelf over sink broken and toilet seat was not bolted to it's base. Breakfast was terrible. Glad I never stayed for the free dinner. Room carpet old, torn and dirty. Entire hotel needs a face lift inside and out. What made it even worse is the excessive cost for this room. This hotel misrepresents itself in it's ads. Stay clear of,this miserable place

  Absolutely stunning!! Dinner and breakfast were included - super delicious and great value!! Staff were super friendly. If you're lucky you'll meet Fitzroy the fluffy cat!!

  The room was clean and comfortable, but small. The staff was great, good service and communication. I was a bit surprised by the size of the room for the price we paid, but booked through a 3rd party, so that could be to blame. Only suggestion, I do wish they would extend breakfast hours past 930 Spent all that money and ended up missing breakfast.

  Great location and very nice meals. Biggest complaint are paper thin walls and floors.

  Sosta per la notte perfetta. Cena alle 18:30, colazione inclusa e serata rilassante nella lobby.
