The restaurant at Van der Valk Hotel Wieringermeer is very beautiful. The toilets are clean and the waitresses are pretty. The only problem at the restaurant was that there were spider webs in the lighting and one glass for drinks was full of fingerprints.

This hotel is currently refurbishing their hotel. The exterior and sign postage looks really old, dated, and bad. But the actual hotel rooms, the business side and the restaurant are looking great and have all the comforts you could wish for. Staff is nice, doesn't mind helping out with small favors like extra pillows or assistance. Overall great stay for a reasonable price.

The service was great, food arrived pretty fast. The staff was pleasant to talk to as well. Only minor complaint was that the ice cream tasted like it been frozen for far too long.

We stopped at hotel Wieringermeer for a quick bathroom break and a cup of coffee.
