Small rooms, no A.C. but you don't really need it, it gets down to low 60s at night even in august, clean, easy to find and great location

The location of the hotel is fine. 20 minutes walking to the dam place. We booked a room for 4 people and its nice, maybe a little small but it is enough. Service is alright they have changed our towels and they are very kind to us. I recommend it.

Rooms are tiny and tatty. Carpets were worn and stained. Room 10 had room only for a double bed and you had to walk sideways along it to get in. Bed linen was stained. Stairs very steep which is the norm for Amsterdam so that was ok. No coffee making facilities in room. Room 16 had curtains only on one window with a footprint on the inside! Shower was not draining properly so you couldn't run it at full blast although there was loads of hot water and shower room was clean. WiFi didn't work on top floor. Carpet was not clean. However staff were friendly and hotel is in a convenient location. Stair railings were being painted so hopefully the hotel may be in the process of being cleaned up. Front steps were dirty which didn't leave a good first impression.

This place was the nicest place during our whole trip. Very clean and beautiful rooms. Only suggestion is to ask for a DnD door tag. They start cleaning around 11.

It's a great location near to the metro, trams and the museums . The hotel is clean but tired , the beds are very comfy and if you make sure to listen that no one else is taking a shower (listen for running water ) the shower is very good. We had room 17 at the top it's really quite sweet and has a view over the back garden which is lovely.

I went there during the winter and it was very cold inside. The heating and isolation there is really bad. Besides, the room is too small. There is no space to put the luggages for example. But the stuff helps a lot.

Nice hotel in a great location. The beds are comfy and pillows are really cushy. They have a great breakfast buffet that costs 9,50 euros. Good deal. The only problem is the really steep stairs. Try to get a room on the lower levels.

Excellent breakfast, rooms are very small but most hotels are in Holland. We had a very good time as we did not spend any time at tue hotel anyway. Employees were very helpful and nice!
