Feels like a comfortable locals dive bar. Has music in the back room with a cover charge (I think every night). Beer on tap and in bottles. Music starts up at eleven.

Oldest blues bar in Amsterdam, a true landmark! Would recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam, but do so quickly because the city is trying to get rid of it.

Super cool atmosphere, easy to find, and live music regularly. Was there for a Korsakoff style theme evening (Korsakoff is a historic club that used to reside at the same street) and the odd crowd of 80s synth enthusiasts mixed with power goth youth enhanced the evening. On top of that the place have flyers around to support local art events which is a nice added bonus.
