Friendly, helpful staff. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Great location (as long as you don't mind a little tram ride). All in all, great hotel, would go again!

Excellent hotel located at the etrace to Vondel Park, a short walk from the main attractions of Amsterdam. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the museums and 15 minutes to walk to the main canals district. Spacious room with clean modern facilities, the hotel was perfect and I will definitely stay there again.

fantastic location near the big museums, and backs up to the Vondelpark and short walk to the tram. Really helpful staff. Clean and quiet. great value would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed the stay here, the staff are friendly and helpful and you really get that feeling of being in your own room as opposed to a hotel. The room we stayed in was a bit small but that was okay with me. Good location right next to a massive park and only around the corner from city.

Lovely rooms, very comfortable. Nespresso machine in room was a very good feature. Location is great, short walk to city centre, great shopping and museums nearby. Noiser guests are easily heard throughout the hotel but no complaints otherwise.

Good for a stag weekend. They were quite rightfully wary of British stag parties! Chilled atmosphere and for the price no arguments with beds and so on. Breakfast could be better with crosaunts which were like bricks But for a group booking it's a great location and relaxed atmosphere.

Not one to rag on a cheap night's sleep but this has to be the limit. Purely a noisy crap hotel with rude staff and the only redeeming quality being location. No use being well located if you sleep too badly to enjoy it.

Free tea and coffee and a free plate of fruit! Staff are nice. Room is a little noisy and small, but very well located and the bed is comfy.

The room was very nice, the beds were quite soft (which is a good thing) but they were a little too narrow. The bathroom smelled a bit like someone had been smoking there so I guess that could be improved. The breakfast itself was decent, the scrambled eggs were tasty, but the normal eggs weren't that good and the orange juice was way too watery. All together it was a good experience but there are some points that could definitely be improved.

Booked a small double room. Room was clean except for the tea and coffee facilities. All in all though a great place to stay. Very friendly staff and perfect location! Would stay there again for sure.
