My breakfast beans were Luke warm but the rest of the hotel is amazing. Really great crew of staff. The coctails in the downstairs bar were really nice

After we checked out they let us keep a room key for the sauna which made out stay that little bit more relaxing

This hotel is quite possibly, the best hotel we've ever stayed in. We were only here for a moment but we had the most incredible stay.

Checking in was a breeze and when we realised we had forgotten our toothbrushes for the weekend, the staff at the front desk were only more than happy to help.

The room we stayed in overlooking the water was amazing with the jacuzzi, the sauna and the most comfortable bed in the world, really, it's almost impossible to describe how much we enjoyed it.

We ended up paying (quite happily) for a late late afternoon check out so we could enjoy a leisurely brunch (which is open until 12.30PM on the weekends, something every single hotel in the world should do after we've experienced it here!!!!!!!!) and another dip in their spa facilities upstairs.

We're already planning our trip back with much anticipation, so thank you Main Port for the wonderful experience!

Great hotel. Superb beds. Breakfast wasn't as great as the hotel room. They also forgotten to tell us that the breakfast wasn't included. So we needed to pay an extra amount for the used service. Rest of the personal was really friendly.

Stayed here for two nights in September. Room was on the fifth floor, facing over the water, and had a personal sauna. The room was spacious with a reasonable desk for working at, a large bed, and a good sized wardrobe with some cupboard space. Breakfast was a good spread, with some hot options including eggs cooked to order. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a little disappointing by comparison - a very brief, and not very interesting, menu.

First time ever I had jacuzzi and sauna right in my room, and I am traveling a lot! Liked the design concept when each hotel floor follows certain continent theme (stayed on the "African" floor).

A trendy luxury hotel with everything you'd expect from a 5* and more. Staff went the extra mile and did so with a smile. Interior is trendy and comfortable. Room was fitted with a jacuzzi and a sauna. Breakfast choice was huge and tasty. Location is great in an upcoming district and walking distance to all highlights in Rotterdam

3rd year staying at this hotel which is truly 5* rating all roundstaff are so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was a problem. I contacted hotel prior to my stay to book a vegan breakfast and was served a variety of semi raw veg and assortment of berries and mangoperfect. Great waterfront location, walking distance to various museums and city centre. Rooms very comfortable, fitness area is small but adequate, loved the Spa Heaven. Will be back next year.

This is a very cool hotel. While the styling is not 100% to my taste, I could appreciate the attention to detail and well thought-out designs. The lobby is very nice and the glass elevators were well used here to take in the views. I loved the location right next to the Erasmus Bridge.. and the giant spa tub as well.

Perfect hotel! Booked 2 rooms for my sister's bachelorette party and both were stunning (also great that they have rooms for 3 persons) and had a relaxing jacuzzi. The welness and view on the top floor were great, the only negative thing was that we weren't able to book a massage after 5pm (that day). And that they don't offer parking. But there's a paid parking lot that's really close to the hotel. Location was also good, on walking distance from the center of Rotterdam.

Rooms seem new and modern. Large washroom with full bathtub and stand up shower. Separate toilet. My room was on the same side as the street so it was kind of loud throughout the night. Bed and pillows were comfortable!

Great hotel in nice location. Some of the comfiest hotel beds I've ever slept in. Got some great tips from the concierge for where to eat and drink. All of which were spot on.

I love this hotel. It's fantastic. I had a room on the 10th floor, which included a personal sauna and jacuzzi overlooking the canal. The bed was soft and the pillows comfortable. The spa was glorious. Pool was lovely and the adult spa was so relaxing. The gym was basic but useful. I had a breakfast in the morning and it was very encompasing. PS: the mini bar has a travel adapter for purchase, just in case!

Very smart hotel in a convenient location. Rooms are modern with all the usual toys (and a few unexpected ones, it is Rotterdam after all). Very easy to find and right next to the canal with a choice of bars and places to visit nearby. Top-spec jacuzzi bath in my room, big enough for two.
