Nice eco hotel with a very friendly staff. The one thing I didn’t like is that you have to do the check in and out on your own. Although you can ask for help, if needed, a little personal attention is always welcome when you've been travelling the whole day.

Great hotel in a quite location, just 10 minute ride by tram from the city center.
The staff are extremely friendly and speak perfect english.

A 5-10 minute bike ride through the gorgeous Vondelpark to get to the city centre. They rent good bikes for reasonable prices, helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms and bar.

Well located, nice staff, good breakfast (I missed squeezing machine for the orange juice, just bottled), nice room but not too big, nice baby crib, well isolated room. A bit too early check-out (11am) that made us rush. Accessible but not for big strollers or wheelchairs (doors are as big as hallways and it get a bit difficult to move with the stroller, but doable with a regular single baby stroller). Be aware that you are requested to show the credit card used for the payment (so employer arranging stays should warn employees).

Some of the friendliest people we've meet on this trip from the hotel, the beds are so comfortable. The room is large with a TV, we where able to stick in a Chromecast and chill while we where in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel as we've only been in Amsterdam twice and twice we've stayed here.

My wife and I really liked it. It has a lovely staff but you can check in and out with a self service terminal. It's well located next to the park and the tram just outside that can help getting anywhere in the city centre.
The hotel don't feel like 3 stars though, I would expect it to have only 2, as it has very few services.response / report this review -

Definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed in. They are very eco conscious without skimping on service. For example, taps use 50% less water than average, showers use 30% less water. No difference is noticed though. Because of the eco friendly nature, the rooms are heated extremely hot which I find is common in most hotels.
Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
The self service check-in and check-out was not only a great novelty, but practical and efficient. Staff were available at all times if anybody had problems with the self service system.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
If I had to pick a bad point, It's that the hotel is a little far from the city centre. That is not a problem with the tram system.response / report this review -

My 22 year old daughter and I stayed here on our recent trip to Amsterdam in March. I was very impressed with the hotel! The staff is absolutely lovely and very accommodating! The rooms are large and very clean and quiet. Sticky Fingers is a great place to pick up coffee and a quick breakfast. The location was excellent for our needs. The Museum Quarter is just a 20 minute walk through Vondelpark. From there, we were able to get anywhere by foot or the canal boats. We did take a couple of cabs to the City Center, but I have to say I really enjoyed returning to the hotel, where it is a much quieter area of Amsterdam. There are plenty of restaurants in the area within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel!

A green hotel with the name conscious, which in this case is very appriopriate. They think about the environment with a modern twist. The room is clean and tidy, the bed very comfortable and all facilities needed for a good night rest and a good morning! The staff is as friendly as last time. Thank you!

Modern and friendly hotel. The staff is very friendly. My wife had rolled her ankle earlier that day in Amsterdam and they were more than accommodating to help out. The rooms are modern and comfortable, definitely a nice thing to come back to after a busy day.

Great experience at Conscious Hotel. They have a great atmosphere when you walk in, and the room was very spacious and clean. The staff were excellent and helped make our new year's one to remember! Highly recommended!
