My experience at Best Western Museumhotels was really good! I stayed here for few days because I had a conference. The personal is friendly and the room is clean. The hotel is super close to the city center and the Prinsenhof. The breakfast is good and for sure can satisfy everyone. I suggest to stay here!

The room was confortable and big. Nothing fancy or luxurious. The breakfast option was good with variety of fruits, cheese, hams, cereals and breads. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great and 1 minute away from the city center. The main problem was the heat, which was handled by the use of a fan.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff in central location. The rooms are comfortable and some a quite large. I especially like the fact that many of the rooms have bathtubs.

Rooms were good, breakfast was basic. Being constantly woken at 30min intervals by the neighbouring church was not pleasant. Complimentary earplugs should be provided!

The free wifi here was operating too slowly for uploading (0.1 Mbs), which is unfortunate because I'm here on business and needed to send an important document (a Word document, not a video or something requiring huge bandwidth). Also, no option for upgrading to faster service.

The hotel itself is nice however, and after posting I did receive an apology from management.

My two sons and I stayed here for a few days in May 2016. It is well located, close to everything. Beds were comfortable and room was large and very clean. Staff were polite and helpful. I plan to go to deft again with my wife next year and will lodge here again.

Great location where everything is walkable. It feels like an oasis of solitude compared to Amsterdam. Or room was in the residents building halfway down the alley. Parking was 18 euro per 24hr nearby. The room is large and comfortable. Our bed was two twins pushed together, but this actually let us also better without disturbing each other. Breakfast was good and close to our room. Service is good.
