  Great service! Had to leave early at 6 am and they served me breakfast an hour before breakfast actually started at 7

  Centrally located near the city centre of Leiden and walking distance from the central station (10 minutes). Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Room was clean and neat and room service is good. Selection and quality of food is good (Full English Breakfast). Our stay was pleasant and the accommodation was well priced. I will gladly return and recommend Best Western Leiden to others.

  Received a very small room, when we got another room it was next to the stairs. For the price the first room was far to expensive. Service was nice, 3 🌟.

  Don't be fooled by the high star rating. Beds are knackered and cupboards are broken. No parking, need park and ride (free). It is conveniently situated in city centre

  Bien placé et au calme. La chambre est grande et propre mais la decoration est quasi inexistante. Petit déjeuner correct. Le seul point noir est un Wi-Fi faiblard dans la chambre

  Het is jammer dat na 11 ochtend mag je kamer dan past in, ivm schoonmaken . hoe zit er dan met de mensen die uit de verre oosten komen ze hebben al 12/13 uren in het vliegtuig gezetten en die willen gelijk de kamer in om ff rust te nemen , en die houden ze geen reken mee natuurlijk . stel je voor er komen gasten uit de verre oosten aan om 08 :00 waar moet je met die gasten doen tot 11 :00 de stad maar opsturen op maandag ochtend met gesloten winkel ☺☺☺☺
