Rooms are nice, good food and very friendly staff. Down side is we got a sleep and shuttle deal, bus run every 30 mins BUT NOT 24 hours so we had to pay an extra €40 for a taxi to get to the airport at 3:30am which sucked big time. Please update your website to make this clear for future customers.

We arrived around 10:30pm for a single night stay. Check in took half an hour and was confusing as despite being pre-booked, after asking to include breakfast, the initial price quoted was over 100 euros. After some discussion, the correct price for 3 breakfasts was provided. Breakfast resulted in an omelette with ham, cheese & tomato. You could then help yourself to bread, meats, croissant and tea/coffee

Worst table service in my life. Nearly 30 minutes for the main (1 person) to come, over 30 minutes from the point of having my main dish cleared, for my dessert to arrive. Assistant Manager Rick has no idea what he's doing and clearly has 0 experience waiting tables. The whole food menu is 9 or 10 items, and he had to take my dessert order THREE TIMES.

My first impression was that The hotel seemed a little dated. After leaving the lobby and entering the hall that led to our room I started to get very worried. The hallway was dark and smelled really really bad. Thank God the room room was decently clean, however, the shower was DISGUSTING.
I booked this hotel last minute and it was fine for the time, but I doubt I will stay there again.response / report this review -

Pleasant staff, very helpful. Free shuttle to the airport. Good food at the restaurant. Accepted my Discover credit, which no one else seems to do in Europe, so that was cool.

Awesome place! I expected a simple hotel, which, okey, it is, but I was really pleasantly surprised. It's in a rather quiet location in the middle of a very busy part of the country. The staff is very nice and things are clearly well organised.

Nice place for a stopover which is close to the airport. Loud ventilation from the bathroom so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper.
