The hotel rooms are big and modern, I would rate the hotel as a 4, but the Spa is the worst I have come across, including the treatment they offer. Room cleaning two days in a row did not rwfill the coffee, sugar and creamer or bring clean cups, had to call reception every time. This place really has a staff problem.
Very little space by the pool, exactly 6 chairs to sit on or put your towel, no place to hang them. Sauna space for 4, hot tub for 6 shoulder to shoulder. The staff was unfriendly amd totally disorganised, some clearly had not been trained.
As for the treatment, had a full body masage where I felt I was being tickled, not massaged. Also was not asked about injuries or illness, not whether hard or soft massage, nothing, just come in and get started. Electronic beeper for the time keeping (very annoying) and an electric bed they moved up and down for themselves with a loud wining. No relaxing spa at this place!

Went here for a visit to the spa and a high tea. The spa was very busy and I actually been only in one sauna, because the others were occupied every time. The Hammam treatment was nice and relaxing. The high tea was very nice and balanced. They have a good amount of teas to choose from and the staff is very friendly.

Excellent hotel. Near an highway exit. Tram gets you to the city centre in about 10 min. Every room is different. SPA is great. Visit also their excellent "Jeunes Restaurateurs" restaurant, they have great food.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. The beds are really comfy, and the bathroom is very nice. The spa was fantastic, with everything from a hot tub and pool to a Turkish steam bath. The place is rather pricey, but I think you definitely get what you pay for.

The hotel is ok. We hoped it would be more special. The spa is extremely small and you have to wear swimwear everywhere even in the sauna. I think that's not hygienic. Some furniture in the room need to be repaired. So if you just stay overnight, but it's definitely no hotel for only wellness.

Room: 102 Service (7/10): could improve in their english skills, but overall very kind. On the other side the promised genitor never showed up, and the house keeping service invades our room despite the "do not disturb" sign. Wellness (2/10): The saunas are a joke. Don't come here to make a wellness trip. Only two tiny saunas, one infrared sauna and when you are lucky a steam sauna is available. Room (7/10): a broken mirror, damaged glas of the shower, not well mounted lights and so on welcomed us. You can live with all of it but it is a no go for an advertised 5 star hotel. Breakfast (8/10): not much too choose but everything important is available without any extra fee's. Parking situation (7/10): In the park and ride station next to the hotel you can leave your car over night and even pay less. Additionally you can get a tram ticket for free. Dinner: we will see Not yet tested. Bonus (5/10): Tee and Coffee for free is great. You can make these in your room. All in all: I will not go here again. But it has been an experience and den Haag has a nice city. I'm a little bit disappointed. For that money I expected a lot more.

Great 4 course dinner for a special occasion. Original dishes, very creative and non-standard. House wines did a good job of matching with them, not a special tasting menu chosen. It was a bit chilly outside in the evening and being dressed up was getting to cold. But when I asked to close the terrace doors, it was not a problem. Good service, could be a bit more personal and attentive.
