Amazing hotel, it is located in Zaandam which was an amazing location. So easy to get to Central Amsterdam on the train which is literally on your doorstep but in a nice quiet area. There are still plenty of restaurants and name brand stores within a few minutes. The hotel itself has an amazing architectural design on the exterior and the interior is very modern and tasteful. The rooms are all designed differently and have a modern but cosy feel. Breakfast buffet is amazing, champagne even if you like.

Didn't use many of the other services. Slept and went into the spa. Room cleaned daily and to a good enough standard. Pool areas clean and tidy but windows arent mirrored or smoked so people outside can see right in. Nice hotel, will stay there again.

Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, though a little too small for a 4 star hotel, also there are no carpets in the rooms and the floor is not heated either, so it's stone cold all the time. Bathtub drain wasn't closing properly, so a nice comfy bath was out of question. One morning the phone rang at 6:07 without reason, on another night the air conditioning unit decided to turn itself on on maximum power and coldest setting. One day I found my room activated with another key card, though nothing was missing, it seemed just strange.
Beware of the insurance of 50 euro on check-in that must be paid from a credit card, this was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process and it's mandatory. It's supposed that you get the insurance back when leaving, but it's already 3 days and still haven't got the money back, will wait and see.
All in all, the design of the hotel is pretty nice, with rooms that have an individual theme, breakfast is ok, staff is attentive.response / report this review -

The hotel is amazing, the building is very different and gorgeous. The location is very good, two minutes walking to train station and only two stops (10 minutes) to Amsterdam centraal station. The rooms are very good and suite includes a private sauna, the service is very right and kindly and the breakfast in very right. I will repeat for sure

Just as advertised. Upgraded the room. Breakfast included. Interesting exterior (just as pictured), with 3-star interior. Located adjacent to a train station (take the sprinter for a 15 minute ride to central Amsterdam) and within a shopping area. 100 meters from the closest grocery which has an ATM and sells alcohol and food.

I was astonished by breathtaking view that i got the moment i opened the door to my room. As someone who is very satisfied with the upgrade to the junior suite, i would strongly advise you spend a little bit more money as the atmosphere is like none i had ever experienced before. I adore this hotel and would definitely recommend.

Spacious, modern rooms. Extremely comfortable bed. Had a great night's sleep. Located right by train station so easy to access central Amsterdam. Shops and supermarket right outside the hotel front door.

Lovely hotel, free WiFi and Spa facilities. Only a couple of miles from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. 10 minutes on the train and your in the middle of all the action. Zaandam itself has plenty of bars and restaurants, bit quieter than Amsterdam but the architecture is still there.

We had a exceptionally good time on our family weekend at Inntel. The general atmosphere of this hotel is exceptional. It is truly a fairytale location. My mother had all the comforts she needed from arrival, the staff were very accommodating to requests that are not the norm and the rooms, big or small, were inviting and cleaned to an exceptional standard.
Although some places around the area did not accept my debit card, cash machines around the area were easy to find and the shopping strip along the hotel was a pleasure to browse through.

I only visited the meeting and conference area for a 3 day training course but it was a pleasant experience. Facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and attentive.

This hotel is set in small town of Zaandam on the outskirts of Amsterdam. It is 2 minutes walk from the train station. Its 12 minutes into Amsterdam Central by train. Rooms are comfortable and functional. Staff are helpful and approachable. Excellent choice for a short stay.

Rooms are lovely and clean, has a kettle and a tea selection, rooms are decently big. It's nice and close to the train station, which gets you in to Amsterdam central in about 10 minutes. Only problem is with the pressure in the shower, it definitely needs some love. Other than that, bathroom is great, staff are attentive and polite, and breakfast is good. Would recommend these funky hotels!

Hotel looks amazing from the outside, rooms are large, clean and have good bathrooms. Bed was comfortable and room had air conditioning. The breakfast was very nice, wide range of things to choose from and the bar is very comfortable and supplies a good range of drinks.

Incredibly beautiful hotel! Just in love with the architecture! The rooms are different from one to another, we enjoyed our staying there. Nice area and it's just 1 min away from the train station. You can be lucky with cheap price at some dates. The main minus for us was the slowness of the guys on reception, it took ages to get the key and bring it back! So you should take it into account.
