Trendy place, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Room was ttiiiinnnyyy (tiny) though. They did mention it in advance, but nothing prepared us for the tiny tiny tiny rooms. For 2 people you're on top of one another, often literally. Considering the price was also quite expensive for this tiny room, I'd look elsewhere first if I was coming back to Amsterdam.

Check in was super quick and easy. We arrived at the hotel early and check-in staff happily took our bags so we could grab a bite to eat while we waited for our room. Room was bigger than we were expecting, very clean, and plenty of storage for luggage. The hotel is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of centrum to get a good nights sleep but close enough to walk or bike anywhere you need to go. Breakfast is delicious and filling. No complaints about this hotel.

Nice modern hotel located just metres the Amsterdam tram stop. The hotel is very small and never gets too crowded. Staff are friendly and the lounge has a very relaxing atmosphere. I slept well and found the beds to be very comfortable. One thing that let this hotel down is the size of the rooms. Corner rooms on the front are ok, but other rooms can be quite cramped. For a short city break this is ok and didn't bother us too much. It would've been nice if there was somewhere to sit in the room other than the bed and then rock solid desk chair (even making the desk chair comfortable would've been better). Breakfast had some nice sweets, cereals, cheese and meat but there was no hot food. The windows were also a little thin so the sound of the city could be heard quite clearly, however, the hotel is in a residential style area, so the sound of the cars, trams, bikes and people was actually quite hypnotic. Overall a good stay. Would recommend this hotel.

The lobby is nice, the hotel is centrally located. We had a room on the third floor, it was tiny. Just enough room for a queen bed. The stairs are incredibly steep and very small. A normal sized foot cannot fit on the step. They are essentially a ladder. I do not recommend this hotel for elderly or someone who is not able to trek up 3 flights of steep tiny stairs with luggage. The front desk staff is super nice and did help us with our luggage, but this hotel does not live up to the photos on the internet.

Really enjoyed our stay, we were in one of the small basement rooms. Lovely service, great breakfast. Location is convenient with tram stop just outside and walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. Our room was incredibly hot though - probably some pipes under the floor, which meant some parts of the floor were burning hot. There were 2 noisy fans in the small room but it didn't help. If it wasn't for the heat, I'd give it 5 stars!

Loved the location, not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle but close enough to ride a bike, walk or take the tram to the center of the city. The neighborhood it is located in has a very hip vibe and great dining options!
The staff is super friendly and super helpful and the breakfast is great!
Excellent for a short stay! Would return gladly!

Stayed for two nights in the small rooms (10 square meters)in the basement and it worked perfect for me and my partner. The breakfast was decent. ~10 min tram ride to dam square. Reception are open 24/7. Recommend!

Stayed there two times already and I got to say that it has been one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Rooms are not very spacious but that's not something I'm expecting for a city trip. Extremely friendly stuff, clean rooms and amazing breakfast! The best part is how central it is though, just a great modern concept that is perfectly located. Hope to come back soon!

The staff was amazingly nice and super helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Breakfast were colourful and tasty. Rooms were clean, not to spacious but with everything a person needs. Also beds were super comfortable. The position in a city center is a big plus too.

The V hotel was well placed and nice, the room was a bit small but adaquate. the staff to a person were outstanding nothing was too small an issue to deal with. Many thanks for making our first stay in Amsterdam a very pleasant one.

The hotel is comfortable and really very nice. The room is essentially but we already aware of it. It's well placed near the museum square and the tram stop it's in front of the hotel. The breakfast is great! And the staff is awesome! We'll definitely return!
