The location is great and the staff very helpful. The room is clean, but unfortunately there is not much circulation of air and the two fans don't really help.
Breakfast was good, but nothing special.
For the price you pay you get the best value. We would book here again!

Cute little rooms with a AC, mini fridge, microwave, hot water for showers, living area, bunk beds, and WiFi. Only 1 block from the ocean, and on the main shopping street.

The best low price place in whole San Juan Del Sur, due to their staff and service if there would be a six star I would definitely give it to them!

When you are at Rositas hotel you are with family. The rooms are clean, and quiet. The prices are far below what you would expect for half a block from the beach. Have visited Rositas in the past and, will visit again in the future. Thank you Rosita.

The room was comfortable and clean. There is hot water :) in the shower although it is pretty hot here. Good value for the money. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We used their laundry service which was cheep and good. Location wise the hotel is near to the beach and the central streets so everything you need is just a walking distance

This is the cheapest place we found to stay the night that still had all the amenities we needed. For $36USD we got a private room with A/C, a TV, mini-fridge, small sink, and full bathroom.

The staff were also the most accommodating out of the 5 other places we stayed at while in San Juan Del Sur.

Unfortunately the hotel ran out of water on our last night but Rosita had no problem giving us a refund.

Definitely worth checking out if you want some of the comforts of home on a budget.

Very friendly staff that can speak English! Rooms decently priced and included a fridge, microwave, double bed with a single bunk bed on top. We ended up sleeping in late one day and a staff member came by and did a wellness check to make sure we were okay! They use reserve water supply so the water pressure isn't the greatest and we were unable to shower because of such little water pressure. Other than that the wifi was amazing and there was a communal kitchen and included free breakfast. There is a cafe/restaurant upstairs as well!

Great value for the money. It's all about the little things; backup power, backup internet, back up water, coffee 24 hours a day, gated entry, long-term friendly and knowledgeable employees, on-site restaurant, outdoor kitchen, freshwater shower out in front of the place on the sidewalk, half a block to the ocean and beaches and 24-hour on-site security.

The people are very helpful, convenient rooms. Microwave, mini fridge. 2 bunk beds . the bottom ones are larger. Lil patio with chairs. You can bring your own food and cook it with a community kitchen that they have for the guests, and half a block from the beach, close as fudge. 53 for 4 of us.

If you are looking for a luxury resort, this is not it. What it is, is a clean, comfortable room with a great, helpful, and friendly staff. The rates are very reasonable. It seems like most room in San Juan Del Sur are either Hostels catering to surfers looking for a cheap bed, or luxury resorts. Not much for a family traveling on a budget.

Rositas is that budget friendly family room for those looking for a clean, secure, comfortable room but can't afford the luxury resort fees. There is a community kitchen, and the rooms have AC. Inexpensive breakfast is available in site.

I definitely recommend Rositas!

Excellent service!! Hot water, TV, air conditioner, a balcony with a nice view and delicious cheap food. My friend and I were planning to stay for one night, but we felt so comfortable there that we ended up staying three instead. Great place!
