I love this place. Tucked away on a cul de sac, and full of trees and birds, you wouldn't know you're in Managua. Right of Carretera Masaya you can head out without dealing with traffic. And the pool, breakfast and swings are great.

I loved this place. I was only there for one night. Stayed here after a late flight and left early in the am. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was so good. I had AC and tv. Also it's gated and is very safe. It's in a nice area of Managua.

Great place for the price. You have TV, WiFi connection and air con in the rooms. Warm showers and you also have access to a swimming pool.
Nice staff and clean place.
The only down is the location, as there isn't much to see around.

Went there a few months ago and it was by far my best accommodation in Nicaragua. Absolutely lovely space, with a lot of trees and green, a very home-like feeling with a beautiful pool. Breakfast is very good having the option of the typical gallopinto or a more touristic version with either scrambled eggs, toasts, pancakes, juice and coffee. The staff is very nice and helpful.

My experience in Managua Hills was fantastic, it is just a piece of paradise that makes you completely forget you're in the busiest city of Nicaragua. I stayed there coming back from Ometepe island, leaving for the airport a few days after and Managua Hills was absolutely perfect to spend the last days of my trip. It is located in a small luxurious area of Managua isolated from the sound of the city and after 3 times visiting the country and staying in 15-20 different establishments, it was by far the best. Friendly staff, even friendlier owner (Young Lau) who will do basically anything to make your stay more enjoyable, great food, magnificient pool surrounded by avocado trees that will make you question if you are dreaming or not and prices so cheap. Definitely a must if you plan on staying in Managua.
