Great little place to spend the night before continuing onwards. There's a pool and a couple Netflix rooms to chill out at. The hostel is near a shopping mall fully equipped with food court and movie theater.

Good enough place to stay. Not my favourite hostel experience in Nicaragua though. It is in a safe part of Managua, a suburb. Except for the mall and some expensive restaurants, there is not much near by. The hostel itself was clean and comfortable. Had basically everything you need but lacks a little on vibe..

Would have given these guys 4 or 5 stars if it wasn’t for the guy at the reception who needs to understand a little bit about what hospitality means. As he did not have change for $100 when I arrived at night, I told him I would go to the bank in the morning, and he agreed and checked me in, so far so good. Following that, he continued to harass me every time I walked by the desk and started insisting I try to go out late at night with the money to try to change it (and to make things worse, I heard from other guests that someone had just been robbed and stabbed in the neighbourhood the day before, a very uncommon occurrence here as it is generally very safe, but it goes to show where his priorities lie).
He magically pulled out some change when I told him I would just move to another hostel if it was bothering him so much to wait until the morning.
I come to Nicaragua often and people here are usually really nice, hospitable, and trusting. Would rather stay with any of them from now on.response / report this review -

Really good hostel. They have free pancakes for breakfast, clean beds, decent showers, good WiFi, and great prices. It does get a little hot at night, though, since they don't have good (if any) AC.

I've stayed here countless times since I was a Freshman in College (2008!) and I have never had any issues. It is right in downtown Managua and it is extremely affordable. I've sent my friends visiting Nicaragua to stay there and they all have had a great time. The pool is a nice plus. It is also walking distance from a big mall and bus stops.

Nothing fancy, but covers all the basics: sleep and food. Rooms are air-conditioned and pancake breakfast is included.
The pool makes for a nice refreshing extra, especially for those who have just arrived in hot Managua.response / report this review -

Perfect location, in the best and safest area of Managua, just a few minutes in walking distance to supermarket, cinemas, mall, restaurants, I cant believe how quiet this place is, we were with our baby girl, and a little bit worried about staying in a hostel, but we really enjoyed staying here, the receptionist was really helpful and nice, I don't remember his name, but he was was very polite, the place is very clean and has to kitchenettes, the pool is just perfect for the hot Managua, breakfast is included too!!! I definitely recommend it!!!

Shambolic excuse of a hostel who stole my credit card and charged it. You read that right. ***Stole My Card*** If you like getting ripped off, meeting idiotic staff and (according to the previous reviewer) staying in dog filthy accommodation then please book this place. I urge anyone who had a bad experience here to post so that other travellers can discover what this place is really about. By the way, I told you eduardo that you would hear from me again.

We booked this hostel because we had a flight at 1am and wanted to relax somewhere safe beforehand. When we got to the reception area the manager asked us to sit down. We waited 20 mins to be helped. We had pre-booked and paid via PayPal like they asked, and sent them the confirmation as well. They couldn't find the email and wanted us to pay again in cash & send us the money via PayPal back. It was all very confusing & disorganized. The place itself is okay. Pool is dirty.

We never had that a unfriendly welcoming like yesterday night with the nightshift guy! When you are spending your money for a hostel you stay in you defenetly shouldn't get treat like that. So i hope the boss is reading this article and have a talk with this guy! The rest of the hostel is okey, there is everything you need.

Hostels alright, not the best but not too bad either. There's a pool, hammocks, Netflix room, fridge of beers for purchase and 2 kitchens. However the rooms are very noisy due to the nonexistent windows, there is no a/c and no hot water. These are not major issues however I must give one star because they ripped us off. We paid for 2 beds, used 1, so they charged somebody else to use the other one without giving us a refund for it. We'd effectively paid for a bed somebody else was sleeping in.

There's no ac but they do have a fan and the space is good. It's a standard hostel bringing people from all over the world together. It's very close to a restaurant which solid tacos and has a nice patio to relax. A convenience store is also around the corner for bottled water and atm.
