It's close to maxi pali and siembras y cosechas , it's very simple. And no there's no warm water, its 90 degrees outside. Remember where you are at, definitely not the hilton. You don't feel like you left the culture.

Friendly staff, The AC worked great!!! Near groceries and gas, and i got a room with 8 beds, which is exactly what i needed! Only negative, was Maintenance was grinding outside our door till even after dark and it was super kept up.

the prices are excellent,the rooms are very large the parking its off the street and in a secure place,they have a excellent costumer services skills,the patio area or yard its big were your kids can play they accept credit cards,the place is excellent.

this is a great place for your family because they have a private parking spots ,the place is very secure rooms are pretty big ,they do not have hot water and water herein Managua its very cool,that is the only reason i gave them 4 star otherwise it would it be 5 star.
