Has good price, dont like have to use key card to turn lights and A/C on. So if gone for the day come back to really hot room.

Nice place, unfortunately I wasn't a guest so I cannot rate for the rooms, but the convention center is awesome, the food of their catering service was delicious and staff was helpful. Perfect place to organize a conferences.

I have no idea how this hotel has such high ratings. As an airline employee of 27 years, and a former service member I have stayed at well over 1,000 hotel rooms. The personnel are wonderful, the rooms are clean, but they are exceedingly small, and poorly equipped. The air conditioning does a poor job eliminating humidity and cooling the room adequately. The "gymnasium" consists of three treadmills in a room slightly larger than the one I am in. My room is 10' x 10'. They call their pool a, "pool and beach," could be the language barrier, or maybe I am being an ugly American, but that is very misleading. There is no beach. The rooms are too small for a closet or dresser. The TV is hung on the wall, there is not enough room to put it on a stand and be able to walk around the bed. For those whose only language is English there are no English speaking channels on the TV. I realize that sounds very closed minded but my business requires me to stay here. The phone has sticking buttons so the only way to answer a phone is to stand it vertically and pull on the button that turns of the receiver.
Suffice it to say it may meet a lot of folks needs, but to me it reminds me of a Motel 6 or Hotel 8 from 20 years ago.

The service was good, the ladies were lovely. The hotel rooms were nice nice clean and the breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed the 2 minute walk to the mall. Great experience overall.
