We have just recently sold our house in Nicaragua through Bo Fox at Aurora Realty. I cannot thank Bo enough for his hard work and dedication throughout the whole process. He was extremely meticulous and professional and we could not have done it without his help and support. I would highly recommend anyone to use his services for a successful sale as he knows the area around Southern Nicaragua extremely well and has a vast network of support around him to be able to achieve successful sales. Bo, thank you so much, I cant tell you enough how good you were during the whole process. All the best mate.

Last year, after deciding we were interested in buying an investment property in Nicaragua, my husband cold-called Bo to get information on a house that we’d seen on-line. Although my husband and kids had visited Nicaragua once, we were completely in the dark about how and where to purchase a home in Nicaragua. Bo immediately put us at ease. He guided us effortlessly through the process, encouraged us to come down and look at several properties, shared his knowledge of Nicaraguan real estate without pressuring us in any way and, most importantly, shared his experiences of life in Nicaragua with a passion that inspired us to want to spend time there, too. We ended up buying the property we’d first set our hearts on, and Bo expertly helped us navigate the entire purchase process. We love our new home and love that we made a dear friend in the process.

David is smart, helpful, personal and great to work with. Also, he is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. He immediately picked up what type of property would work for us and spent the time to educate us and show us around. Aurora has a great reputation and it is because of agents like David. Plus, he made sure we had an enjoyable stay. He is one of the best and has our business now and in the future.

Had a great experience with Aurora while visiting SJDS! The guys (Justin, Dave, Zach) are filled with local knowledge and were super helpful sources of information to us the whole time we were in town. The vibe is really chill, yet professional- the perfect way to do business by the beach. Definitely the best real estate place in town!

We rely on Aurora to manage our property in the SJDS area. They are very professional and reliable. Our caretakers on the property enjoy working with the staff assigned to our property and we, as homeowners appreciate their attention to our needs and their professionalism. We do not live there full time and it is comforting to know someone is taking care of our investment. Fees are reasonable and we have no issues recommending them as Property Managers.
