This park was amazing. Zipline, rafting, 4 wheelers, hiking, cave swimming and so much more. My whole family loves it ages 7, 12 and 15 plus adults. They have a food bar that never ends with fresh fruit and veggies, cheeses and meats and so much cooked food too. Very clean. Showers and restrooms are clean too. We really had the best time there from beginning to end

Very fun time. There are lots of zip lines that take you to above the tree tops. There are three options for entry, morning to afternoon, afternoon to evening or morning to evening. My group did the morning to afternoon. I recommend getting lunch early and showing up right before it comes to get seconds. I recommend bringing our buying a waterproof carrier for your smart phone. There are lockers to store anything that cannot get wet and changing areas. When you get your ticket you get a bracelet to scan the many cameras throughout the park. You can choose which ones if any you want to purchase and you get a web link to download them.

Never trust them!!!! I went there Jun, bought photo package and spent more than 70 dollars. When I got home and opened the photo link that they sent to me, Most photos don’t belong to me. I just have 13 photos. Then I try to contact xplore to get back my photos. They still sent me other people photos. I declined the bill. And this month they still charged me..

It is amazing! Fun activities to do. The zip lines are great! You get amazing views above the tree line and have 14 different ones to go on. There is a great cave rafting route and a cave swimming option too that ends in a really cool 360 degree waterfall. Really awesome! The ATV routes are fun too and go in and out of the caves.

We went during the day as an excursion, arriving at 830 am and it was fantastic! We hit up the ziplines first - and they were my favourite activity! I wore a bikini and water shoes - I’d recommend swim shorts as I found I got a bit of chaffing >.

Xplor was amazing and a MUST if you are in Cancun! There are five main attractions you can chose from and we did every one and it was highly worth it! The zip lines are incredible, the underwater caves are beautiful and completely worth it. They have a good selection of food there as well. I will be back to Xplor next time I am in Cancun, it is an amazing experience and I HIGHLY recommend, A+

What a great experience. Everything is so well organised, I was positively surprised how everything worked out just great. Food and beverages are for free and you would be surprised by the food, I never experienced good food in this kind if places in Europe. So highly recommended. Ah and get the photo options it’s 58$ for 2 people and you get all the pic without having to worry to waste time and doing it yourself.

There are five rides in this park and all of them are amazing. Instead of having twenty different rides and messing everything, they did five and did them really well. The amphibious ride is great. It's a pretty unique experience with a really long ride time. Zip Lining was amazing with helpful staff. I was expecting the food to be alright but it turned out to be really good. They had a huge spread with authentic Mexican food and some American. All in all a fun experience. I wouldn't suggest getting kids under the age of five since they won't have much to do.

You guys..if you're thinking twice about booking your ticket to Xplor, stop right now AND BOOK IMMEDIATELY. If you've been to the Disney/Universal parks in Orlando or California, you'll notice the difference immediately. First of all, for less than $200 you get the park entrance, safety gear, free parking, free lockers, BUFFET (which is amazing, literally food for every eater), drinks (non-alcoholic) and juice bars throughout the park. For a fee of $58 (for up to 10 people, so if 5 of you go, you can divide the $58 by 5) you get UNLIMITED photos taken all over the park. If you've visited the Disney/Universal parks, you know that 1 photo is $30. Well, at Xplor we received 75+ digital photos for $58 for 2 people. The attention is fantastic, the safety gear will make you feel 100% safe, the food is DELICIOUS, the crew is so incredibly friendly and the ambient is something you'll never forget. Stop thinking twice!!

If you are looking for adventure and adrenaline this is the place to go to. Very organized and clean. I've become a zip-liner pro after this ! Every activity is worth doing. The international buffet is delicious, has something for everyone (youngest to oldest). The locker rooms, restrooms and showers very clean. Xplor can be a bit pricey but I suggest getting package deals. You can save yourself some money. Overall my experience here was awesome !

Expected a tourist trap (which goes with the territory) but not as bad as Disney. Though it’s a little expensive, it’s well worth the money. The buffet is included and alone is amazing! You should weigh the options between driving yourself or using their transportation. It’s a long bus ride from Cancún. Lots of walking between attractions. Some pretty decent stair/ramp climbing. Very exciting activities. NOT for the faint of heart.

Hands down, the most fun I have ever had on a single day of vacation. It was a bit pricey, but well worth it for us. They have an all you can eat buffet which was excellent. I would skip the underground rafting in favor of the other activities if you are in a time crunch. It was hilariously difficult to do. Make sure you hit both of the zip line courses! If you go as a couple, they even allow you to go tandem (with weight restrictions). Great experience along with some excellent photos. The zip lines are organized so there is a different staff each place that puts you on the line and take you off the line so you don't have to wait for an entire group to go across the line which speeds the whole experience up dramatically. There are also two routes for their amphibious vehicles which are quite different from each other. The organization of the entire park is well laid out, and they even provide you with free lockers which is a bonus.
Can't say enough good things about this park. Do it if you have the opportunity. You won't regret it.response / report this review -

This place is amazing! Activities are long enough but manageable. Great way to spend the day or even night in the jungle. Our favorite was the zip lining and amphibious cars. There are guides along the way but you're mostly left on your own which allows you to go at your own pace. Equipment, lockers and a food buffet are provided but do bring towels. There's a shop in case you do forget some items such as water shoes, bug/mosquito repellent etc. Xplor is a must!

What an excellent place. Jam packed fun but we just didn't have enough time to do everything. This isn't necessarily a bad thing but it was a quick day. So fascinating going through the caves to get to the different attractions. Definitely a must see if you're in the area. The buffet lunch was excellent, too.

We did the night tour (highly recommend!) and did not expect to be doing activities for the full 5 hours of our stay. But: zip lining actually takes 45 minutes. It's multiple fast zip lines launching at tall towers between jungle. The off-road tour which gets really bumpy and fun encloses the entire park and lasts half an hour. Don't underestimate the track. Some people actually smashed into trees on the muddy dark track or were scraping off rocks in tunnel passages. The swimming in all natural and beautiful lit underground rivers has a short and a long path. The long one takes almost an hour. There is additional underground cavern rafting. Some more zip lining through water. And a huge dinner buffet with good quality food.
The staff is not only extremely friendly but also everywhere. People helping you to plan your visit on every corner. It was an extremely fun and very wet experience. Don't miss it.response / report this review -

For $100 something I would say this excursion is definitely worth it. The price may seem a bit much but with that you get transportation to and from Cancun, buffet lunch, and beverages (water, juices, and smoothies). I would recommend wearing water shoes if you (you can get by with flip flops) have them and bringing a waterproof case for your phone. Also, if you're not one of the first groups in, wait until around lunch of after to do the ziplines. It takes about an hour to do a course, so if you don't make it in the first batch of people, you're waiting for them to finish and return their equipment. Start with the ATVs first, so you can drive when it's not too crowded, and do the river or rafting activities. After lunch the wait for the ziplines becomes pretty short.

So much fun! I loved this excursion. The zip lines were a blast. I loved the caves. Both the rafting and the swimming in the caves was amazing. The ATV ride cool with the alternating underground and above ground trails. Such a great day and not too far from Cancun.

This is certainly a different type of adventure park. The zip lines are high, fast and long. Food was excellent. You would never know what's going on around you as you walking on paths in the jungle, yet there are so many activities people are right on the other sidebut you don't know it. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place of anyone is wondering about it. Wear a swimsuit. You don't need anything else. Recommend taking water shoes as the ones for sale are very expensivebut are recommended.
