Good Food and great service. We went while there were no cruise ships docked and basically had the place to ourselves which allowed our server, Angel, to provide outstanding one on one service without being rushed around. Definitely will return

Speciality are the burgers . I recommend also all the drinks. Even non alcoholic beverages are delicious.
This hard Rock is specially good enjoying warm environment of Cozumel. There's also a open stage where you can enjoy a good rock band every weekend nights.response / report this review -

Hamburger not up to par. I expected a burger similar to what you get in the U.S. This is not the only place that has served a burger like this I just don't know what is different (part texture, part taste)? Anyhow, the fries were good. The bathroom was clean and very nice, but it was really dark in there which I thought was unusual. There was no cruise ship in port and we were the only customers I shouldn't have to look around for my waiter to get a refill on my soda. Lastly, I suggest paying in MXN dollars. they will give you the option of US dollars, but the exchange rate was highway robbery.

Love to collect their shirts. Just beware because they will have their pesos exchange rate different. I would suggest you exchange before because it was steep, never have bought a Hard Rock tee for that much! (50 odd bucks, plus being in Mexico)

Atmosphere is what you would expect from Hard Rock but the food was not good and it was overpriced. Peso to USD was not correct and was being overcharged.

We love to visit Hard Rock Cafe at every City and and Country that we visit and collect a Hurricane Glass or Beer Glass, last week we got off the ship and visit this H R Cafe since it is in front of the port, they do not have the Hurricane glass or beer glass just a plastic guitar container and the over cooked burger, leftover F fry, nacho is not even warm, mix drink too sweet, the only thing that we can consume is beer. This place is really killing the name of Hard Rock Cafe. I am wondering if this place is license under H R Cafe Corporation ?

My wife and I love visiting the Hard Rock Cafe. We are on a quest to go to as many as possible and collect hurricane glasses from every location. While we were there the server and manager tried to up charge us $25 just for one hurricane glass based on the conversion. We talked to them about this and they said that was their price. We unfortunately traveled all that way and did not get a hurricane glass. Very disappointing!
