Fantastic place!!! The husband and I arrived at 0830 when it opened, knowing there would be linesand there weren't! We immediately secured our locker and snorkel gear and hit the water. While snorkeling, we watched the breakfast line grow as it did not open until 0930. After snorkeling for about 2 hr we decided to stop and eat. Excellent food and variety with a great atmosphere. Quick, easy, in and out. We did more snorkeling, then rode bikes to the top of the lazy river we attempted the river but it was just too slow for us.. my pale skin couldn't handle the boiling heat and so we skipped out at one of the exits. From there we ate again, which was superb, and then snoozed in the hammocks.
The lines were short, the food was great. But one day is just not enough to experience everything! I'd pay to come here over Disney ANY day!response / report this review -

This place is ridiculously fun if you like water. It's amazing how they were able to make such a good park that surrounds the natural habitats of the area. The lazy river was a great staying point to take you through so many cool areas. Would recommend to bring water shoes, or sandals would work too. Lastly, this place is not as "hand holding" where they will protect you from everything They did their best mitigate any risk, but the water is real, the rocks are real, the risk associated to them all makes this unique in my opinion. Either way, loved it.

One day certainly not enough to do all the activities. Very busy place (2000 to 5000 visitors per day) but they've done an efficient job to keep the place clean. Since they don't hand out paper maps, wish the map displays can be clearer and more. The first couple hours were mostly wasted trying to find places. For the activities we did do they were amazing. Snorkelling: don't bother looking for fish by snorkelling, look for the poles (there are total 5 of them) with fish-shaped kites. That's where the fish are.

Excellent day out! Very clean and well run. However make sure you invest in a waterproof camera or case for your phone as photos are extortionate! $100 for unlimited photos or £28 for a plastic waterproof bag for your phone - which you could probably pick up for less than a tenner in the supermarket / amazon prior to your holiday. Highly recommend this trip for the whole family and everything is free once you're in - except the up close and personal with the sea creatures.

This is an amazing park! Today we biked up to their river entrance and floated down in a tube. We recommend that you snorkel down instead of float. It is a long river where you can view lots of fish, and you can take a break with some ropes course activities. After we were able to snorkel in the caves and reefs for a bit. Then we were able to hike to some sinkholes, some beachfront trails, and use their floating bridge to get some awesome pictures. All the food and drinks are provided as part of your entrance and they are really good buffets. They also have extra activities that you can pay for on top of your entrance, but we did not have time.

Very cool! Very big with lots if things to do. Very well organized with a number of stations across the park with lockers and gear. Kids will love it! Lazy river is definitely a highlight.

Magical place. Great value for what you pay, all day unlimited food and drinks (soft and alcohol). If really want to enjoy with kids, I recommend coming with kids that know how to swim, although the little ones can still have a good time, there's not many activities for them. Overall favorite place in Riviera Maya so far, truly mesmerizing.

There's so many things to do that are included in the ticket price. There are also extra adventures for a little more. It's worth the extra expense for the picture package. We were able to get pictures at the main stopping points without excluding people from our party (who normally snap the pictures). There were photographers around the park taking pictures, as well. It was a service well worth the extra money. Also, the sea trek was the best part of our day!

I love this place. A full day of snorkeling, playing and eating. If you love to swim and explore, what a great place! You can float on tubes, small zip lines into the water, paths to walk and explore. If you get bored with snorkeling quickly, not so much for you. But, I loved it!

We had a very nice day here, very well organised and our trip leader George was very helpful in explaining the best places to go at what times. ( keep your stuff in the yellow area for easy access and less congestion). The snorkelling is fun and very easy so if your not confident in open water this is a great place to go. However their army many fish, we did see a couple big ones but it was a bit ,jerky in places. Also we got eaten alive by insects walking through the jungle paths and your not allowed chemical sprays. I wish the park would have provided us with bug spray as well as sun cream. As both my boyfriend and I are today covered in insect bites and are quite uncomfortable. I would recommend but beware of getting bitten.

The experience was phenomenal; beginning with the free hugs upon arrival, the unlimited food/drinks at 3 different restaurants on-site, and especially the amazing service! Every employee made it their priority to ensure our visit was a great one. There is so much to see and do that I’m planning a second trip.

My family and I have been here many times. I remember telling everyone in the U.S. that this was the best snorkeling spot to go to! I love mexico the people are so friendly and loving and caring! This time around however, I felt very offended when asking for a towel, or when returning snorkeling gear they were very rude. I remember every time coming here they searched our bags for sunscreen and this time around they didn't everyone could wear any type of sunscreen which clearly is why the fish are all gone! There are no fish anymore and the murky waters are pollution not from fresh and salt water combining together. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that the fish have died due to pollution. It's sad. This has become the worst snorkeling spot in my eyes, and the hospitality was not the same and I will find a new favorite spot to tell people about.

Super park. The most amazing natural pool. It was really amazing to snorkel it. I missed the new brand tower, I got distracted and the park closed before I reached it. I think that the staff should suggest you where to star in order to cover all the park. It will be a great idea if the ticket were valid for at least 2 or 3 days. It´d allow you to see and to enjoy all the park's attractions

An amazing way to spend your day! All inclusive meals/drinks/snacks, provided towels, life jackets, snorkel gear and plentiful water attractions to meet your needs. The twisty light house slide was fun and the hour long wait wasn't so bad with the views of the entire park and the breeze coming off the water. This was so fun and they also offer a photo pass that allows you to take pics of your day without having to carry your camera! We went to a couple of other similar parks while we were there and this was by far the best one!

Great place to visit and explore. Tons of activities to do for both kids and adults. My 7 year old loved the zip line and snorkelling. But. kids under 5 won't have much they can participate in. I brought my 3 year old and outside of the playground, there wasn't much she could do. FYI - the lazy river is a beautiful ride with tons of things to see along the way, however it could take up to take 45 minutes to finish, so plan accordingly.

Good for families with kids. We didn't like the snorkeling that much , reef is not that great and less fishes compared to Hawaii. River diving was great. There are few very short zip lines which lands to the river. Unlimited food , but very average. Breakfast was better. Towels are free. Before the entrance to the river , you can pack and send your belongings and collect it in the main area. Need to pay extra for activities like swimming with dolphins and the water scooter. Also if you really want to buy photo package/pass for to use the cameras in the park, please buy the photo pass online when you buy the tickets because individual photo pass in the park is costly. We went during the Christmas and the place was packed, I think that is the busiest time in Cancun and the near by attractions.

It wasn't what I expected. There are no water caves to float. The fish viewing when snorkeling was average. The food and drinks were good. The staff friendly. All the interaction with dolphins, manatee and under water diving are extra. We've done them all before at other places. A lot of walking which was nice.

Totally wonderful. We went with 5 kids (between 2 and 10) and 5 adults. All had a wonderful time. Best purchase of the day was a branded waterproof bag with a neck strap to put your phone and money in. The plastic would even let you use the phone to take underwater pictures. Food was nice and despite the fact that there were lots of people it never felt crowded. If you are in the area make this one of your stops for sure.

All inclusive ecological water park. The park is design around a marina inlet. This experience takes snorkeling to the next level and easy for families and beginners. As well as beautiful walking trails and bike paths. In addition there are extra adventure you can purchase: dolphin experience, manatee exp., sting ray exp., bike-zip line, scuba and more. Basic entry provides snorkel, mask and flipper rental, towel and locker service, and unlimited food and drink (including alcohol). To maximize value: book online, book at least three weeks early and pay in Mexican Pesos! Also highly recommend purchasing the additional picture package!
