Building and room was Nice. Close to a very big nice shopping mall. We had a king size bed with nice view. But frontdesk service was bad. Not friendly and we kind of Feel To disturb the clerks. We paid the room at check in and when we checked out after 2 nights they said theu could nt find the paiement. They finaly found it after 10 minutes. Food at the hôtel for diner was not very goodovercooked. Service need To be improoved also. The restaurant has a nice potentiel.

Great tourist base camp near restaurants, huge mall, new and reasonably priced, good staff/service (a bit desperate in the empty barlike a strip club they add extra 🍺 you didn't buybuy 4 they add 73X extra Heineken is @$200 pesoshad to argue, get it correctedthen they're desperate about tipslike they're starving)arguing over $10 pesos (50 cents)!!! Good clean business/tourism stay over, Carlos is helpful with printing info, Salvatore is a communicative managerbut restaurant manager is desperado, and it looks/feels cheap. Had just reviewed favorably on Expedia. The TV lounge at the restaurant is pleasant, see picture Comfy.

Great views, good location. Huge mall nearby, Starbucks in front and several restaurants next to Hotel. Rooms are well equipped and large. Clean. Good service. Breakfast could be more diverse. Air conditioning not controlled well (cold air although set to warm, when it's 11 degrees outside). One elevator broken for a whole week.

Good position and a nice hotel. The rooms do heat up with the morning sun but nothing over the top. There are however better alternative hotels in the area at very similar prices. In my case the Intercontinental was only a few dollars more but much better. There is a starbucks opposite and several restaurants in front of the hotel. WIFI was free.

Great staff, the faster internet connection I found in a hotel, but unfortunately you have to pick a room near the elevators to get a good connection.

NH Santa Fe is very well located and the rooms are quite ok. The value for money is one of the best in Santa Fe. The gym is ok too although a little bit small.

Horrible Service, dirty rooms, unhelpful staff, unprofessional and impolite. No will to help you resolve any issue, no way to make any type of claim. The breakfast is the only good thing in this hotel. Please avoid at all costs.
