  PLEASE DON'T GO THERE!! THEY [EMPLOYEES) PASSED MY INFORMATION TO ATTEMPT SOME KIND OF EXTORTION OR KIDNAPPING and refused to call the police. Instead they asked me to leave the place with security!

  Nice place, a big step up from the bare bones room that the Holiday Inn Express has on Reforma. However, you have to walk a bit to get to the night life and eateries. Small price to pay for the nicer accommodations.

  Clean. Safe. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and relatively big (separate salon + bed area) rooms. Centrally located. Good price.

  Very nice staff, try to use IHG membership. Not much noise. 7 Eleven across the street, Wax museum a couple of blocks away. Close to Reforma, Insurgentes and Metro, all kinds of options to eat. Also near Centro Historico

  DO NOT stay on this hotel!!! Your luggage can be in danger from the sticky fingers of the housekeeping personal.
  My wife's engagement ring was taken from her luggage while we were outside (no in-room safety box).
  I spoke to the hotel manager and she offered all the help she could to investigate, but they couldn't do nothing without a police investigation that required me to stay in Mexico for another week. I didn't have the time for that and left the hotel hating the poor customer service that Holiday Inn could offered to a "platinum" customer.
