  Can I just say bad bad and bad !!!! My car has been their since 7/1/2016 I have called several times get put on hold hung up on and no one knows what is going on. I have tried to talk to Ricardo service manger but he is always busy so then you talk to a service person and that goes no where. So my car is still their I have no idea what is going on nor can I get a answer or a call back .
