Lots of late night noise from other guess

Good place to be Near of Everything in Playa del Carmen, near from the shopping area, drugstore, bars, restaurants, even you can walk to catch a Ferry to go to Cozumel Island You can save a lot in cabs.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
This place goes by two names and two separate managements and receptions: “The Thai Luxury CondoHotel By Mistik” and “La Divina by Aldea Thai” sharing the same property.
Cons:
There is construction going around the hotel which makes it noisy.
The pool bar is managed by a separate company so u cant put the tab on your room. Remember to bring cash
The property is not on the beach (it looked like it from the pictures) there is a club in front which you have to pay extra if you want to use the beach chairs.
I called reception to ask about breakfast and the receptionists hung up on me saying “no english”
They have a coffee machine in the room and they charge for it.response / report this review -

Pros:
The room we got was spacious and comfortable and clean.
The pool area is nice.

Is the best location in playa. The hotel is very very pretty. The beds were a little uncomfortable to my taste. It doesn't have restaurant, bar or room service, but you can always buy in small business that are around

For $450 a night we got:
* an air conditioner that didn't work for 2 out of 5 nights
* a toilet that clogged twice (the second time, no one came to fix it, despite asking three times)
* a leak in our bathroom that meant repairmen were in and out of our condo for 2 days
* no functioning internet for the entirety of our stay
We requested a partial refund and both the management company and the owner of the condo turned us down. So, so disappointed. Avoid.
