Very clean, beautiful view, helpful staff and perfectly located between great restaurants, but far enough from the crowds.

This is a beautiful place to spend time with family or friends. Half Moon Bay is quiet, not like Cancun. And the snorkeling is great here. And free! The staff are polite and helpful. You can get a condo that opens up to the beach. On out most recent visit we saw big sea turtles and baby sea turtles!

The only reason for this is the staff and veiw.
We have stayed in the area for years and Evan in other units in the building.The unit E is sadly lacking ,the beds are old thin worn out pillows bad as well, towels thin,fridge is loud and leaks all the time. Kitchen untensil inadequate had to borrow a knife sharpener so I could make the knives workable.The wifi is worse than none at all drops stop and dies at any moment. There are not enough beach chairs,if the building is full 18 people and 9 chairs.
Now this is not the fault of the Reef but the PEOPLE up and down Beach. Constantly chasing people from other condo's off the chairs or people off the street walking through. There are milenials everywhere when is it all right to just move in? You wouldn't do it at home in your own town home office. If it's windy hold on to the door so it doesn't slam. Sadly courtesy and common sense are lacking. Just because you are on holidays doesn't mean you can turn into a a&$hole.response / report this review -

Excellent Location, the condos are perfect for resting, right in the middle of Half Moon Bay. Yal ku Cenote very close by, with world class snorkeling. We happened to see 3 huge turtles come to lay eggs early one morning. Only 1 mile to Akumal entrance, Very peaceful and quiet.
