Came for our honeymoon. Lots of great food options. The room and the view were beyond my expectations. We had the ocean front suite with floor-to-ceiling windows for 3/4 of the walls. There were black out drapes so we could sleep in too. The only draw back was that it was very busy. They played music at the pool all day which didn't feel relaxing. All the beach chairs were taken very early. I think some people will love the party atmosphere here but it wasn't for us.

The AC would not go below 68 and even left at 68F it was still humid. We made sure our sliding doors were shut and still suffered.

Dragons was the ultimate disappointment of the stay. This restaurant was such a disgrace for Asian cuisine. So much so that patrons got up and left after getting their entrees. I ordered a spider roll and got a roll with only cucumber. There was so much rice to filling ratio I laughed.

Breakfast buffet at Market Cafe was one of the food highlights of the trip. Different food everyday, fresh juices and just plentiful options. It did get extremely humid one morning and we had to leave before passing out.

This Resort is lovely and I would rate it 4.5 Stars instead of 4. The staff is absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The restaurants have amazing food. Drinks are watered down but I think all inclusive Resorts do that considering people are typically drinking all day long. One recommendation for the resort would be to move the smoking section away from the door that leads you to the pools and beach. It is the first thing you smell when you walk outside. I understand there needs to be a smoking section but I think it needs to be moved. Just my opinion. The other recommendation I would have is to not allow cell phones in the restaurants. I know that would be hard but it is very disturbing to have tables on their phones listening to videos and other stuff on their phones while you're trying to enjoy a meal and have a conversation. I guess it's a different time and people enjoy being on their phones even at mealtime. I am old school and would rather have conversation. Lovely experience, lovely amenities, wonderful staff. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely love this place. We have been here 15 plus times in a 2 year period.. The food staff and facilities are awesome..

The only thing I'm not fond of is the reservation and booking department..
It seems to be better to use an outside source to get good rates. You would think as often as we come it would be easier

We took a family vacation in 2017 and loved this resort. Our group had 20 people and the staff was great. My husband and I upgraded to the premier club with access to the private pool and it was totally worth it. There was always a cabana available and poolside service was great. Our room had beautiful water views and our family members walked off the resort for shopping and a bit of exploring. The nightly entertainment was enough for us and we enjoyed karaoke night and the live band brought in. They had a magic show one night which we could have done without, but we just spent time in the sports bar that night instead. All the younger cousins enjoyed the pool table and relaxed atmosphere. The food in the Japanese restaurant was our favorite by far. Highly recommend.

This was our third visit. Again, it was SPECTACULAR! This time we had our wedding here. Our wedding coordinators from the hotel, Yamina and Silvia, and our butler on the 21st floor, Manuel, were amazing! We can't wait to visit again!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Great hotel with many amenities. We upgraded to the preferred and besides having a room on a higher floor, the benefits weren't worth the extra cost.

We didn't use the butler, so maybe that could have changed the value. Every interaction with resort staff was great, the beach was well taken care of, and the food was tasty.

I'm removing one star for the slow food service, and for the hot $280 romantic dinner. If you opt for the romantic dinner on the beach, I highly recommend getting a seat up in the terrace instead of on the beach, as they seat you where there is no breeze.

Housekeeping staff was amazing, and the drinks were pretty on point. Portion sizes were not consistent, especially notable at the steak house.

All-in-all a solid experience.

Was going to leave a good review, the service was amazing and the food tasted good, also a very nice modern design. The spa at this location is out of this world, if you are staying at this location the spa is a must, about 2 says before my departure we had lunch by the pool next to barefoot grill, I bit a few pieces of the burger and realized it was really red on the inside, looks like it was on the grill for only a minute or so, so I threw it out but it was too late, I got food poisoning from it and could not eat for the rest of my stay there, Also intense diarrhea, sorry to get graphic but thats just not the way I imagined spending my honeymoon. upon checkout I mentioned it to the concierge and he just shrugged it off, it seems like they don't do anything about food poisoning at this location unless it is a large group that gets sick. Another review on this website shows where a reviewer got sick from the exact same meal, a burger by the pool, and it looks like nothing was done, I guess they are waiting for more people to get sick from the burgers by the pool? anyways I don't think I will be going back, thank you secrets of the vine for ruining my honeymoon

Rooms - Clean and spacious with very nice view of the ocean.
Staff - Very friendly, polite and ready to help.
Food - It has the best food options I have ever tried. Quality, variety and quantity is just amazing.
I highly recommend this place for an "all inclusive" vacation.

Loved our stay at Secrets the Vine. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It's modern, very well maintained and has everything you need while on holiday. Drinks and food were great, there is a variety of restaurants and cuisines in between which you can choose from. I highly recommend the Italian and steak restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and well trained. Big ups to the entertainment team for making our days by the pool and evenings by the bar very enjoyable.
I would definitely go back there and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious break.

Secrets The Vine in Cancun was so nice. Very polite staff, and delicious restaurants. The resort is right by the beach, and if you don't like beaches, they have 3 nice pools. Service was spectacular, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Best customer service. Food is amazing. If you are looking to relax and stay on the beach, then this is great for you! Also, the gym has a gorgeous view of the ocean that is so breathtaking. Work out if you can!

Amazing anniversary vacation!! The hotel and beach were extraordinary. My husband and I will definitely come back again for vacation. The service provided by the staff was excellent. Especially, Michelle (Front Desk) for providing perks that made us feel special during check-in and Lin (Concierge) for assistance with our flight departure.

Currently staying here and this place is great ! Staff is very friendly and professional, room is clean and food is great. The hotel is beautiful and modern looking. Now, if you are looking to have a quite night don't get a room facing the pool since they are people outside even in late hours but that's just what part of what this hotel is for, to socialize with others, you just need to know where to request your room. In case you just want have a private area or don't feel like socializing, there are plenty of options around the hotel as well, they really nailed that balance with the design of the common areas. I will update this review after I'm done with my stay.

My honeymoon was spent here and I'm beyond impressed by the attentive service and attention to detail! We upgraded to the Preferred Club package and stayed in one of the honeymoon suites. Every detail is carefully thought out beginning with a champagne greeting and private check-in, we felt like royalty! Every effort is made to ensure your stay is comfortable and your needs are met. Beautiful accommodations and that view! Our balcony wrapped around the building so we could see both the ocean and bay. Many options for dining and activities. They even personalize your visit to the restaurants by adding special touches to your desert plates. Just watch out for the timeshare folks, we got sucked in for half of our last day there. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
