  They have recently expanded and now have more to offer with a much more inviting atmosphere. Friendly staff and very easy access for anyone living in Playacar.

  I called at 2pm to get my dog shaved and her nails done. I told her I would be in around 4:30. She said no problem and I dropped her off just after 4:30. She said give us about one hour. I came back in one hour and then she said Sorry, we need another hour. I said no problem, I came back in one hour, she hands me the dog and charges me 260 pesos, the last visit was 180 pesos for shaving my dog and doing her nails. I get outside and realize they never even shaved the dog. I go back inside to explain , she says , so sorry they must have forgot. Not happy now, It was not a good day. She gives me back 120 pesos. So I paid 140 pesos to get my Chihuahua's nails done and wasted 3 hours of my day and I still don't have her shaved. Terrible service and now overpriced!!
