  Amazing one of a kind experience, well worth the cost. Incredible views, it was actually really thrilling. Our group was lucky enough to see a loggerhead sea turtle, two eagle rays and a barracuda amongst the thousands of other fish and marine life. The geographic edge of the island, the 1800 foot drop off, is incredibly eerie yet breathtaking. We even saw scuba divers at the sunken WW2 ship on the dive. The crew was incredible, informative and fun.

  Fun experience, going down a hundred feet, and seeing the ocean bottom. Nice crew. Go directly to the office and book it. Two minute walk from the ship. They leave on the hour.

  Loved this excursion. It is at Puerto maya on cozumel. We fulfilled a Bucket list item. Took a short boat ride the the submarine ride area. Watched it surface. Then we got to board and take a seat. It was a little tight but not bad. We then submerged and started our decent. We eventually dropped to more than 100 feet below the surface. We went around a shipwreck and saw lots of fish. When finished we went back to port and were given a certificate saying we were in a rare group of people by having gone more than 100 feet below the surface. Highly recommend this.

  Went down to 110 feet. Saw rays, tangs and tons of other beautiful fish. Satff is great! Something completly different and unique. Definitely worth your time and money.

  To sum it up: disorganized mess and completely unreliable.
  
  I went there twice - once there were not enough people for the submarine to go.
  For the second time, I called at 11:00am to verify that the boat would be going out at 12:00pm as scheduled and that there were enough passengers. Well the staff decided (and did not inform the reservations phone staff) that they would change the departure time. I showed up at 11:30am and was told that the 12:00pm boat had already departed.
  
  I had afternoon plans and did not wish to sit and wait another 90 minutes for a later departure at 1:00pm, which i had very little confidence in.
  
  Maybe it's worth doing if you plan with a cruise ship, and then the cruise will make sure it's all sorted. Otherwise, the reservations line and the actual facility have no idea what's going on
  
  And maybe it's a good experience, but I'll never know since their horrible system made it so I couldn't experience it. They also owe me about $30 in taxis for two roundtrips to their location.

  Call me a cheap..I didn't want to spend the money but was voted 4-1 to go on the Atlantis.
  
  I admit that what I saw was spectacular and made the cruise complete. Unlike one of the previous posters, the customer service and underwater reef was worth seeing. If you're not a snorkeler, this is the way to see the underwater sea life.
  
  AMAZING and the talk of our trip!!! The juice with a splash of rum was a nice ending to a great tour!
