  A great property is well kept. Staff was amazing. Only giving 4 stars because our studio room was loud from the outside air conditioning unit, jacuzzi tub did not work, ask to move rooms.. and was told resort was full Later to find out resort was at 40% capacity

  This was like an episode of The Good The Bad and The Ugly.
  
  The good was first of all you're in Cabo so it can't be too bad. The staff was probably the highlight of the trip as they were fantastic and every way. The views are stunning and as you can see in some of my pictures I Woke Up Before Sunrise quite a few times because it was too beautiful to miss. The weather was great and sleeping to the sound of the ocean is as good as it gets.
  
  The bad, the entire pool area including the bar shuts down at 5 p.m. so if you want to have a little adult fun after the sun goes down you're either going to have to leave the resort or find your own fun. You cannot swim out in front of the hotel so you will also have to leave the resort if you want to swim in the ocean. The pools as well as the jacuzzi at the Westin (if you chose to go over there) were far too cold with the jacuzzi often being as cold as the pool even after we requested they turn it up several times. The entire Resort is built on the side of a steep hill or Cliff so you will be walking lots of steps to get anywhere unless you decide to hitch a ride on one of the golf carts as after a few days it gets kind of old.
  
  The Ugly was finding mouse droppings on your balcony, even on the furniture out there on a daily basis. Nice place but I will probably look elsewhere next time I want to stay in Cabo

  We are Club Regina members. As we were leaving this morning, my wife could not find her wallet. This staff is so amazing that they called us at the airport, had a taxi bring the wallet immediately when the maid found it in our room. Everyone of the staff goes the extra mile for guests. They are always smiling and want to make every effort to give you a great experience. The room exceeded our expectations and the cleanliness was A+. Can't wait to return in 12 weeks!!! Love it Love it Love it!

  El hotel es muy interesante pero muy bonito, tiene unas vistas preciosas y las habitaciones están de lujo con una vista única. El servicio perfecto, súper amables todos. Una experiencia increíble
