  This place is so relaxing , Celeste was a great host and she had everything we needed from beach towel to snorkel gear , bring your swim suit cause the swimming pool is amazing , it was also fun at night to watch a the little neighbor bugs come out to play :)
  Our room was clean and cool, it was very hot in the day, so the ac is a great touch to a long warm day on the beach..We will return and this is the place for us , Affordable and Private away from the busy tourist part of town, cab ride only a few bucks from marina or you can rent a car and explore , Cabo is an awsome place and now i see why people say Cabo is where my heart is !!!! 5 stars all the way THANKS SO MUCH ,, SEE YOU SOON :)

  It was a decent stay, all necessities of living were there, however, there were a few drawbacks. First of all, the manager was quite friendly and polite (most of the time), he took us to the supermarket as well. The place was well prepared and safe, and directions were clear. The manager provides 100 pesos to drive to other places, which is decent, compared to the price that taxi charge because it is a tourist city. Unfortunately, many things here were out of whack. If you do choose to visit, please remember to translate the text on the washing machine, naturally, it is all in spanish, however there is a handwritten "start here" with an arrow, but if you translate it, the arrow points to "extra rinse." No wonder for our first few washes, the process was abnormally quick. Additionally, make sure to confirm with the manager if the room he gives you is correct, because after we went there and settled in, he told us we were in the wrong room and had to relocate. Why not just send the next group of guests into the other room? Also, the water heater in our room is faulty as well, and we complained multiple times to the manager and he said he could not fix it, but he called a plumber who never showed up. The water heater takes several minutes before activating when hot water lines are opened, and whenever hot water demands are reduces, it turns off again. It was super annoying, during showers, having hot water on full would burn you, but if you turned it down a bit, the water heater would shut off and water would go cold again. (The water heater is an on-demand one, no tank btw). Also, the sink and bath drains are extremely clogged, water takes like half an hour to clear the bath and like a few minutes to clear the sink. The place was mostly clean, but under sofas, washroom, and washing machine were quite dirty. We had a cockroach under our sofa (in both rooms), and lots of residue in our washroom. While we did have many issues we needed to discuss with the manger, like needing more blankets, needing toilet plungers, needing hair dryer, and needing to fix the water heater, and a few others, we did ask the manager. However, he became annoyed at all our requests and ignored our knocks later on. If things have been done right in the first place, we wouldn't have all these requests! While these are not huge deal breakers, consider these when choosing a place to stay in Los Cabos.
  
  Some more information. The rooms also have air conditioner, a fridge, gas stove, a TV with DVD player, Wi-Fi (though poor reach in some corners but great speed), roof access with tables, an outdoor grill and sink, outdoor pool, a single table with bench inside rooms. There is a convenience store about a 1 minute walk, where you can get your soap, toilet paper, shampoo, some food and drinks. The marina is about a 35-45 minute walk away and downtown is a bit closer. In the walk to downtown, there a a chicken lady selling whole chicken+break for 120 pesos, probably best deal you'll find in the area.

  We enjoyed our stay at Cabo's Little Secret ! It's a home away from home with all the convenience, amenities we need . Uncle Bo was awesome, very friendly and helpful and plays his organ and sings for all the guests to enjoy! We met a lot of nice neighbors and made new friends ..We definitely recommend this place to everyone , accessible to everything you need and especially close to the beach . I know we where we will stay for my next birthday / vacation!!😀

  I am writing this review as the new owner (along with my wife Celeste). We bought this property because it is the ideal property for those looking for affordable accommodations away from the central marina district but within walking distance. Its a healthy but pleasant walk of 1.2 miles to the marina and takes one through the some of the best local restaurants and local shops on the way. There are only five units and the secured pool patio is private and cozy. We envision this stay to be ideal for divers, snorkelers, fishers, and explorers. Gear can be stored safely to dry in the sun and Uncle Bo, our full time resident manager, will keep an eye on it. Bringing the day's catch back to the outdoor grille (both gas and charcoal) to cook up right there could be the best part of your trip!
