Great resort with awesome beach access to the marina! You can walk right up to the beach and even swim if you like. The staff is friendly and very fast. I would recommend this place to friends!

This place not a 4 star resort,pros- great staff
Very hard working.rooms are good, good location for hitting the marina and town &ezy taxi service.The Cons -pool cold no swim bar the music in hotel area horrible. if i wanted to hear 80z pop all day i stay home for that. Lack of Mexican savor in facility.The constant asking for timeshare interest.service at restaurants was lack luster. Long waits
They are under staffed at eateries and beach area. Long waits for drinks and food.always got the order incorrect.
This place is a 3 or 3.5 at best but you get what you pay for as they say.
We have done 4 and 5 star in mexico,carribean and the keys.Superior to this place. If your on a budget come here..

Our family spent an "all-inclusive" week here in the Spring of 2018. We had a marvelous time. All-inclusive is truly all-inclusive: pool/beach towels, food, water bottles, WiFi, room service, tips, and alcohol, with few exceptions (spa services, higher tier alcohol, and some dining options are extra). We were expecting quite a bit of nickel-and-dime stuff, but they really go out of their way to make all-inclusive a wonderful experience. Service is friendly and professional. The buffets have something for everyone. Beach and pool are clean and everything is well maintained. We had a incredibly relaxing stay and strongly recommend the resort.

We did run into a handful of people who were complaining about stuff, and I suppose if you're determined to be unhappy you can be unhappy here too. When things are busy, the non-buffet restaurants and dining options can take a long time. The WiFi in our room constantly dropped. It can be challenging to get a few beach/pool chairs together. Beyond the ropes on the beach there are a good number of sales vendors for trinkets. So yeah, it's not perfect.

But the strong points here so far exceed the negatives that it's hard to imagine how you could spend a week here and not have a great stay. Big thumbs up!

SCAM. BEWARE. This chain of hotels is a scam operation. You will have a confirmed paid-for reservation, show up, and they will have made an "error" which means there is no room for you. This is their business practice (2018). This happened to my family and countless other families I watched arrive before and after me, months after I'd fully paid for a confirmed reservation. And, they won't compensate you at all. They count on you being in a foreign country with few options and no recourse. Truly immoral and awful. I'd give zero stars if it were an option.

We spent a week at Rosé on the all inclusive package and let me tell you it surely was some of the best spent vacation time I've ever had. The resort and adjoining spots are beautiful. The staff are amazingly friendly (especially a shout out to Alejandro on the entertainment staff and Israel poolside waiting on us). The pool is gorgeous, the architecture is wonderful, the view is incredible, and Cabo is wonderful place for family and friends. Check out their buffet style restaurant, sushi place, poolside service, spa, and more. Make sure to bring some sunscreen and a book, then go!

Restaurant buffet had a good variety, although desserts were a bit lacking. Atmosphere was nice and it was very clean. Small vendors outside sold really cute stuff. The all inclusive report stay made the trip worth it, but otherwise it would have been WAY too much money for what it was worth.

We did an all inclusive package at a very reasonable rate. The food is very good. Drinks are not watered down and offer name brand liquor. Service is very good at times and slow at others. Reservations fill up during the week very quickly which is annoying. WiFi is not included and costs $10 a day

We've been coming here since 2001 and have never been disappointed with any aspect of this property. Sure we see people yelling and complaining, but these are mostly nose in the air attitudes with complaints which employees or management have no control over or honest mistakes. Much like yelling at an airline employee for a late flight due to weather or mechanical issues. We have always been treated with the utmost respect and caring and will enjoy our future trip. Pueblo Bonito always does a marvelous job!

Room is great, nice big living space and the 2 queen beds in a seperate room have been great for our family of 4. Food is better than I expected, service at the restaurant is fantastic. Service around the pool is hit or miss. Overall a great place to stay!

Hotel staff are very pleasant. The Resort is dated and needs improvement. The first room we got had a strong mildew odor, we had to wait until the 2nd night to get moved. My allergies went insane!! Make sure you get an "All Inclusive Package". It will save you a lot of time and money. Plenty of local stores within walking distance to get basic supplies.

This establishment has everything you need, there is no reason to leave if you don't want to. That being said you definitely should, there is so much more of Cabo to experience than just the strip of resorts on the beach. I recommend you forgo "all inclusive" and spend you time/money elsewhere during the day. Rose and Blanco are great places to sleep and they have beautiful pools to relax at. Walk a couple blocks from the beach and see something new.

Called the operator from my room, requesting transportation to the city and pricing. The rates for transportation are ridicules. So I asked the English speaking operator if there were any other options.
I was very friendly with her and even asked her for her name and where she learned to speak such good English.she gave me her name ( Ana Karen Mayorquin Lopez and that she used to live in the US when she was child..as I continued a less expensive ride to the city, she suddenly became annoyed and rude with me.at this time I requested to talk to her supervisor. and she used the "F" word and hung up the phone on me. Will NOT return to this Hotel. Do not recommend.

Although I didnt get a good look at it, the Pueblo Bonito Rose resort and Spa makes a lasting impression. There is only one pool, but it is big. It is a short walk away from the beach and there are several restaurants located around there. Since it is connected to the other pueblo bonito resorts, everything is inclusive within all three resorts.

I love The Rose, ive been going there for the last 4 years and cant wait to go back. The staff is amazing. They are lovely ,friendly people. The resort is immaculate. As a timeshare holder i can see where the money goes. Love it.

(A previous comment made about the locals on the beach selling their jewelry, t-shirts and hats. In Mexico this is how they are earning a living and tourist buy it. They do not come up on to the resort.)
The people in Cabo are very friendly from our drivers we use to and from the airport to everyone at Bonito Rosé. The first time we stayed we did the all inclusive and found we preferred not to be limited. When we came back our second time we ventured out to all the local restaurants; Peacocks, Garlic, The Office, to name a few all within walking distance. When we travel we want to eat where the locals eat because we knew the food will be good.
