Regina Raintree is a very private and classy Resort floors rooms and bathrooms all laced with marble built on the side of a mountain overlooking the ocean every room has a balcony terrace with great frontal views of the ocean and beaches. you can go in the water here but rough tides will not enable you to swim. located almost in the middle between San Jose and San Lucas rooms are equipped with mini kitchenettes do do your own cooking there are two restaurants and you can use the other ones just next door at the Westin the staff here is exceptional they are so prompt quick and ready to serve you with any of your needs it's unbelievable how fast and polite their response time is for even the littlest request .there are little activities here so be sure to Rent-A-Car and drive around at night or day to explore the wonderful coast of Los Cabos and all its many shops and restaurants .the pools are quiet and we found very few people at the facility during the day or evening this is really a nice quiet classic place for Rockstar's to go and not be noticed or bothered the beaches are beautiful and very private we love the ocean water waves crashing onto the white Sandy Shores and the rock formations. just a beautiful Resort just a beautiful sight.

When we first arrived we were told that the suite assigned was not the one we requested. after a few minutes of bickering we where finally given the room/suite that we had ask for! The receptionist was snippy. Just enough to make you angry but not enough to call her boss. At times "They" forget that the customer is a Club member and not just a guest. We experience the same young lady at the check-out. She told us no one was available to share a ride to the airport. Not true! We asked one of the attendants and quickly were paired with another couple. A transportation savings of 50%. The Resort is wonderful. However, it's beginning to show signs of wear and tear and in need of touch up painting and some repairs!
*The staff is wonderful and willing to accommodate all request. Still well worth the visit.response / report this review -

Las habitaciones muy completas, solo que hace falta renovación de los lavavajillas qur lavan mal los platos por su antigua version que poseen. En areas comunes hace falta mas promoción de actividades puesto que se ve aburrido y tedioso la estancia.
